  We had an excellent experience with HVAC Zack, and I couldn't recommend Zack and his team more highly. Our expectations were exceeded from beginning to end. We recently had two Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat systems installed in our home—one 3-zone system and one 2-zone system, for a total of five indoor units. We weren't sure which HVAC solution or equipment would be best for our needs, so we relied heavily on Zack's expertise. He took the time to understand what we wanted, provided a detailed quote, explained our options, and recommended a solution that gave us the improvements we were looking for without spending more than necessary. The difference in comfort throughout the house has been HUGE. We had significant temperature differences between rooms with our old system, and that problem has essentially disappeared. We've only had the new systems for about two months, but we've already experienced some significant heat waves, and the units have kept the house remarkably cool and comfortable. In fact, they work so well that we've found ourselves keeping them at lower settings because running them too high can actually make the house colder than we want! The installation itself was excellent. Zack did a substantial amount of the work personally, including working in the attic and handling the electrical work, while his apprentice assisted with various tasks under Zack's direction. Everything was done very professionally, neatly, and with minimal disruption to our home. The entire installation took about two and a half days, and the cleanup was extremely thorough. Both Zack and his apprentice were friendly, polite, and respectful throughout the entire process. They were also fantastic with our two dogs and cat, which was especially appreciated! Zack also went above and beyond in ways we didn't expect. He agreed to remove all eight of our old electric baseboard heaters at no additional cost. That was a huge help and saved us the hassle of having to arrange that separately. Another major plus was Zack's help with the government rebate. The rebate was a significant relief and provided us with substantial savings on the overall cost of the upgrade. Zack guided us through the process and handled a large portion of the rebate work on his end, making something that could have been complicated and stressful much easier for us. What impressed us most was that Zack never made us feel like he was simply trying to sell us the most expensive system. He listened to what we needed, explained the options, and recommended what he believed would give us the best value. His knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. We are extremely happy with the decision we made and with the work HVAC Zack performed. If you're considering a heat pump or HVAC upgrade, I would absolutely recommend giving Zack a call. We couldn't be happier with the result and would give HVAC Zack 5 stars without hesitation!

  Zack was great. He got back to me quickly during his busy period (many thanks!), diagnosed the problem, and then completed the work quickly. All for a great price! I was happy with his professionalism, and he manages to bring a great personality to each job (I have also used him in the past).

  AC broke during heat wave, everyone else was quoting ridiculous numbers and suggesting I buy a new unit. Zack provided no nonsense quote, right to the point and fixed it. It’s been running great since. Def recommend

  Zack came to check out our a/c unit on short notice, was very professional, and managed to diagnose and fix our unit the same day at a very fair price. I will be recommending him in the future.
