  What an AMAZING team of people. I had an appointment set for noon today (Aug.7,2026) I received a call just after 10am asking if they could come earlier....oh absolutely I thought 😊. Nathan and Masen showed up checked my problem and gave me 2 options with the flat rate prices. Nathan definitely has the patience of a saint to do this job and trust me this job turned out to be HUGE! Both Nathan and Masen are very professional, explain everything that's happening, possible solutions but best of all they work well together and are very personable. I don't know about anyone else, but when someone enters your home to do a job, I like to talk to them to make them and myself comfortable. These two men are so relaxed because they know their job so well, that there's no uneasy feeling! This was the third time having a plumber to my home in one and a half yrs. and I've only lived here for four years. In my opinion, it's just unfortunate that I have to pay for other people's negligence through the years. I also like the fact that they put a camera down the pipes when they're done, just to make sure the clog is gone. My kitchen sink pipes are basically brand new now, I saw how clean they were looking at the screen from the camera (mind you I got the jetting option) it was a bit expensive, but well worth it if you have a serious blockage like I did. Snaking alone like the other plumbers did, was just a temporary fix and didn't even reach the main blockage that was at least 45ft down. For the price of 2 plumbers that came here, I could have just had one. I shouldn't have to see a plumber for yrs to come, which will also save me money 🤑 I'm sorry this is such a long review. I could go on but, I won't! I just want to thank Nathan and Masen for a job well done and wish I had of called you the first time. I highly recommend CanPro Plumbing!

  They put a new pipe and faucet in my tub through the wall under my cupboards. Then repaired the pee trap in my kitchen, not even 2 hours $1699.58 never go there $850 an hour. No recommendations from me

  Nathan did an excellent job. The only issue was the pricing. We found it extremely high for the service provided. Additionally, the rework proposed also seems extremely high. For 2 techs working about 4 hours and about $200 worth of parts, the rework should be less than $1500.

  Kevin came over for an emergency leak that saw my entire basement bathrooms walls swollen, kitchen floors soaked dripping from a leak that I couldn't locate, they were here within 15 minutes, he cut where he felt the leak was coming from (seen in picture ill post) and had it fixed in 30 minutes, was a pin hole size breach in the little piece of tube in picture below that ran upstairs to kitchen tap. Was it super cheap no, but frankly you get what you pay for and they stand by thier work, I rather pay for a professional who can do what they say and more, if you want a plumbing job done correct and well done I would recommend them over any other plumbing service compared to other plumbing services I've had before by far. Kevin was very understanding, and explained everything every step of the way and solved the problems promptly. Thank you Kevin.
