  Booked an in home consultation with a 2 hour window. They did NOT SHOW. I called to ask what happened. They reached out to the advisor and said id be receiving a call shortly. No call. I call 3 days later (today) and explain. They simply say sorry that happened I can book you in for tomorrow. I ask what the reason was as to why no one showed up and they said they'd reach out to management (as did previous person) with no answer. They just kept pushing a new consult. I asked to figure out why no one showed up and call me back. We took the day off to be home for the consult. And to boot the first thing on their website for a consult states they "will arrive on time within the 2 hour window" ... very unprofessional, clearly unreliable. Waste of my time. Book with ANYONE else.

  Shawn had his LG team installed a tankless water heater and air conditioner in the middle of winter. Shawn is such a pleasant person; not pushy and very informative. This combined with the great warranty and good price, we went with LG. The installers worked really hard until midnight in the rain. They did a great job with a good clean up. His team came back in the spring for aesthetic finishing so the product looks good at my house outside. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I have had thus far with Shawn and his LG team. I look forward to using LG again in the near future for other projects.

  I would like to thank John Lavell and Abdul Arian for their excellent service. They were called in to fix issues caused by an incorrect installation originally done by LG, and they did an outstanding job. The furnace and the tankless system had been installed incorrectly, which was very disappointing. However, John and Abdul quickly identified the problems and found the best possible solution to correct everything. They fixed the furnace installation and ensured the tankless system was properly set up as well. Their technical knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and professionalism were very impressive. After a frustrating first experience, John and Abdul completely restored my confidence by delivering high‑quality service and clear explanations throughout the process. I highly recommend their work.

  I just had a consultation with Jason and man, what a difference in service. I’ve been shopping around for a water heater and a reverse osmosis (RO) system and reached out to a few different companies. The reps from two other places didn't even look at my current setup properly—they didn't check the salt levels, the settings, or how old my softener was. They just tested the water and immediately tried to sell me a brand-new softener along with the RO system, claiming my current one wasn't working at all. Jason was the total opposite. He actually took the time to look at my gear and figured out that my softener is still under warranty and working exactly like it should. He mentioned it might be a bit small for my needs, but it's definitely not "broken." On top of that, his advice on the water heater and the installation plan was top-notch. It was seriously night and day compared to the other guys!

  I recently had a new water heater and water filtration system installed by LG Home and Comfort, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. A special thank you to the installers, Zaman and Sani, who did an excellent job. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the process. They also took the time to explain how everything works and made sure I was comfortable with the system before they left. Since the installation, both the water heater and filtration system have been working flawlessly. The water quality has noticeably improved, and I feel much more confident about the reliability of my home’s system. Overall, I highly recommend LG Home and Comfort to anyone looking for quality service and dependable products. It was a great experience from beginning to end.
