I had a great experience working with Sean and Jerome. From the start, they were professional, knowledgeable, and truly focused on helping me get to the bottom of a persistent sewage smell issue in my unit. I was fully prepared to go ahead with a toilet reset repair, but after thoroughly inspecting the situation, they advised me that it wasn’t necessary. Instead of pushing for a costly fix, they took the time to investigate further and discovered that the smell was actually coming from adjacent units—not mine. They provided a detailed report explaining the root cause, which was incredibly helpful. What really stood out to me was their honesty and integrity. They never once pressured me into unnecessary repairs. It’s rare to find professionals who are this transparent and trustworthy. I highly recommend Sean and Jerome to anyone looking for reliable, honest service.
