Bay Roofing was not only the lowest price, but they were excellent communicators, did the work quickly and were extremely fair when it came to pricing additional required repairs.

So other than a little bit of mis- or lack of communication regarding slight delays in getting the crew here, I was absolutely pleased with the work done on my home. I didn't realize Bay Roofing was sending a team from North Bay so it makes me even more appreciative. Anyway, I've had an ice dam problem for years on one side of the house. Originally I thought I'd have to get the entire house done with new soffit and fascia. But for a number of reasons BR recommended doing only the contentious side now. Douglas and his crew were kind, patient and helpful in explaining their plan and in confirming their findings, as well as recommending the approach we took. I saved a lot of money. That's not to say I won't replace the rest of the soffit/fascia down the road but for now, at a much reduced cost than I had braced myself for, I'll get to see the impact of their work next spring...thank you Bay Roofing!!

We just had a backyard pergola shingled and had great service from both the sales rep Ryan and the installers. Even though it was a small job, it meant a lot to us the crew did an awesome job. Clean up was 100% and we are very happy.

Yesterday I had Bay Roofing put a new roof on my cottage on Trout Lake. They did a fantastic job very efficient and professional. I highly recommend them. I give them a five star rating.
