We cannot recommend 76 Construction Management enough. We originally met Isaac when our realtor recommended him as someone that could identify the source of our basement’s water damage issues. Not only did he identify the cause, but his expertise and knowledge was the reason we won a year long battle against our insurance company who insisted the cause was something else (that we weren’t covered for). Isaac’s team professionally and meticulously remediated, redesigned and renovated our entire basement to meet all of our growing family’s needs by maximizing space, increasing real estate value and most importantly making it safe, all within our budget. As our trusted GC he was present every step of the way to make sure our project exceeded all expectations and was delivered on time. Thank you so much!!!

If you’re looking for a contractor in Niagara and the surrounding area for custom homes, home additions, alterations, renovations, or construction management, I would highly recommend this team. Their attention to detail, workmanship, organization, and overall care are consistently excellent. They communicate clearly, manage expectations well, and take a thoughtful approach to every stage of the construction process. Whether it’s a custom home, a major addition, an alteration to an existing home, or a project requiring full construction management, they bring a high level of professionalism and pride to the work. What stands out most is their commitment to quality and doing things properly. They are reliable, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and attentive to both the big-picture planning and the smaller details that make a finished project feel well executed. For anyone in Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, St. Catharines, Welland, Fort Erie, Grimsby, or the surrounding Niagara Region looking for a trusted custom home builder, renovation contractor, addition contractor, or construction management company, they are absolutely worth considering.
