  Had some electrical issues with my AC. Called up, had an appointment for the next morning. The tech (Guri S.) made it promptly within the time window. Great guy. Courteous, personable, professional and efficient. He pinpointed the issue through his diagnostics and made the necessary repairs. Everything was thoroughly expanded. The parts and labor were covered by warranty so that was a bonus. Cool and relieved. Recommended A+

  Andrew and Rubal came to the house to check out the leak that was occurring while the AC was running. They figured out the issue and fixed it. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything. Any questions I had were answered. They also provided feedback on the AC fan unit outside and how to keep efficent. Thank you Andrew and Rubal

  We had rented an AirBnB in Shelburne, where we had hot air being blown, even though the thermostat was set to cool down. After spending a miserable night and most of the following day trying to get the host to send a tech, he reached out to Dons Heating and Cooling, who were able to send a tech in the evening. Tyler Baird came over and was extremely professional and was able to diagnose the miswired thermostat - fix it and show us how to turn off the gas valve, to ensure that the furnace never fired up in this hot July weather. Kudos to all the folks at Dons and a major pat-on-the-back to Tyler Baird for helping us get a decent night of sleep!

  Came out, assessed and addressed the issues with our a/c and condensation collecting and pooling on our basement floor. Very grateful for the help in this heatwave! He was here until 8:45 on a Friday evening! Knowledgeable and clearly communicated what our challenges are and how best to avoid issues in the future.

  I had to unexpectedly get a new AC and furnace at my parents home. Don’s was quick to come and take a look at the initial problem and then have me booked in as soon as possible. It was very much appreciated in this hot weather! The first day we had Connor come who was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He got the AC up and working. The second day we had Mark and Ferd who got the furnace and everything finished up. We also got an upgraded thermostat too. Everyone we met was extremely polite, respectful, knowledgeable and hard working. I would recommend hiring Don’s for great quality service and work!
