  I had Andy and Ayden install my new furnace and heat pump. They are a fantastic crew. Explained every so well. There was a small problem with the furnace. They sent out Eric to fix the issue. He had it going in no time. The service is definitely 5 star. Thank you so much

  Rebecca..you were a joy to talk to. Then Paul came for an in home visit with our options of replacing our existing propane fireplace. Gord and Richard replaced it. They were so respectful as it was a rainy day and made sure our floors were protected Highly recommended

  After our furnace stopped working, we reached out to Don’s Heating & Cooling. They arrived very promptly, just over an hour later. Guri was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the visit. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and walk us through all of our options. We really appreciated his honest advice and opinion. Great service and a quick response when we needed it most. We ended up getting a new furnace and heat pump, which we are liking so far!

  Chris from Don’s Heating & Cooling came by as scheduled and completely knocked it out of the park. His knowledge of heat pumps, energy savings, and the entire installation process was seriously impressive. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense — which is saying a lot when talking HVAC! Not only was Chris professional and incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to deal with. By the end of the visit, I felt like I had just attended a masterclass in home heating efficiency. If Don’s Heating has an award for “Top Customer Service Rep of the Year,” Chris deserves to win it unanimously… preferably with an all-expenses-paid trip to Hawaii included 😂 Highly recommend!

  After replacing 2 tanks within 10 years from a different company, today, I had Grant and Doug installed a tankless water heater. They arrived and finished installation on time. They were both friendly and professional. Their knowledge was evident in the way they answered all my questions. You can't ask for two other clean and organized individuals. Grant and Doug, thank you so much. You are the best.....and thank you for bringing that old 75-gallon tank to my garage. I strongly recommend Don's Heating and Cooling....ask for Grant and Doug.
