- KMKeith McGinnisJun 29, 20265.0Keith & Bernice - we had a leak in our kitchen ceiling which was caused by a roof leak. We worked with ServiceMaster through our insurance. ServiceMaster was contacted the morning we put in the claim and within an hour Lucas - service manager was here to assess the damage. He was great to work with explained the process to us which made us feel a lot better. We had the roof repaired and then at our request ServiceMaster sent in two men to do the repair to the ceiling. Justin and Eddie were great to work with very professional two visits. Left everything clean and orderly. They replaced insulation, vapor barrier and drywall. Did taping and mudding then came back second time to sand and paint. Put trim mold back up on cupboards. looks absolutely great. They assured us if there was any problem with the repair that they would take care of it. We would not hesitate to contact them and ServiceMaster to do work for us again
