  After a wind & ice storm in late Dec 2025, our house and small barn sustained significant damage. Immediately called our insurance company who put us in touch with Service Master. Chris came out that first day after the storm and walked with us through our property to assess the damage. We had an emergency window covering installed the same day. Over the next several months everything was fixed. Great service. Great people.

  Keith & Bernice - we had a leak in our kitchen ceiling which was caused by a roof leak. We worked with ServiceMaster through our insurance. ServiceMaster was contacted the morning we put in the claim and within an hour Lucas - service manager was here to assess the damage. He was great to work with explained the process to us which made us feel a lot better. We had the roof repaired and then at our request ServiceMaster sent in two men to do the repair to the ceiling. Justin and Eddie were great to work with very professional two visits. Left everything clean and orderly. They replaced insulation, vapor barrier and drywall. Did taping and mudding then came back second time to sand and paint. Put trim mold back up on cupboards. looks absolutely great. They assured us if there was any problem with the repair that they would take care of it. We would not hesitate to contact them and ServiceMaster to do work for us again

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REPAIRS !! You will most definitely regret it. Their work is done by a bunch of temps who have absolutely no trade skill and just sing every job they do. They will not provide accurate time lines for completion. The team will chose jobs that seem “funner & more exciting” over a current open project. They accept WAY too many projects instead of completing the ones they’ve started. Again what ever you do DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY RESTORATION WORK YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!

  We experienced some flooding in our basement this summer and contacted Service Master for emergency assistance. We appreciated their quick and thorough services that day, so we decided to hire them for the repair of damages as well. From start to finish, Service Master, in particular Jordan and the contractors, were there every step of the way to ensure we received the best end result for our basement. Everyone was very respectful and personable and left us feeling confident that we chose the right team for the job. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and our basement looks great! Thank you!
