Bill and Hiram just installed a newer furnace and air conditioning in my house. They both worked very hard the whole day and did great job. I am thankful to Bill explaining all the details about it at the end . It was great experience and great service. I’m very pleased with it! Thank you !

Salman was absolutely brilliant. He explained everything at length. Even set it up on my cell. Couldn’t have had anyone more skilled, polite or patient Sheila Sloan.

I had a great experience with everyone I meet from Aire One. Very profession people. Adam took the time to explain all my furnace, AC and water softener options. He was very knowledgeable and put together a great package for me. Bill and Hirad were my installers. Both were great. They spent almost two full days installing all my new equipment in my very old home, with no issues. Bill did my walk through at the end and let me ask as many questions as I wanted. Editing to add a few things that came up afterwards (which is why I don’t usually write reviews immediately). 1) I now have a big patch of dead grass from where some of the old salt water was drained. From a past experience I know nothing will grow here for a very long time. I’m disappointed because this is the entry to my backyard. (Photo added) 2) Some of my personal buckets were used to clear the salt from the old softener and were not washed out. I was not asked to use my buckets and they were very hard to clean. 3) I was only told in the walk through at the end that I can only buy the furnace air filters from Aire One and they cost about $60. This would not have changed my decision, but I feel I should have been told up front all filters have to be purchased from them.
