The previous tank had been lazily secured so they made sure the new one is more sexure and safe. They were friendly and professional and got the Jon done quickly and well. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, my more recent experiences have been very different. I’ve had repeated issues with customer service, pricing, and the quality of service. On one occasion, a technician arrived to complete a job without the necessary tools and had to leave, requiring another appointment to actually complete the work. Overall, I’m disappointed with how my recent experiences have been handled. Based on my experiences, I can no longer recommend this company. Also note that their diagnostics fee to show up is twice that of almost every other company

Now the AC is making a strange and loud noise that is clearly not normal. When I asked them to come and check the problem, I was told I have to pay $249 just for a service visit. I understand that some repairs may not be covered by warranty, but I don’t understand why I should pay $249 just to find out what is wrong with a relatively new system. I checked my invoice, and I could not find any information about this $249 fee. I expected much better service and support after spending this much money on a new system. Very disappointed with the way this issue has been handled.
