During his invaluable 19 years as an installer Shaun learned everything he could about the window and door industry, the least of which was what NOT to do. Nicole came to measure and explain the process, and she was great: very personable, and not pushy at all. Their windows are a great price! The contract signing was all done online. I didn't have to wait long for installation. On installation day, Tom and Baylie arrived before 9 am; they were friendly and did a great job! They showed me how to clean the windows, and then they also showed my mom (as she's more likely to clean the windows - ha ha). They used runners throughout the house and cleaned up really well after. It was a great experience all around. Thanks Element!

From beginning to end they were nothing but helpful, honest, and transparent about everything including the pricing and expectations. I had them do all of our windows including our patio door and front door and it all turned out better than we could have imagined. Tom and Baylie, the guys doing the install, were exceptionally professional and reliable. They finished the entire job within two days and exceeded our expectations. At one point, Tom noticed an issue with some flooring by the patio door and immediately made me aware of it, even recommended a flooring guy to come inspect it and provide an expert opinion. That's true integrity right there! TLDR: fair pricing, no gimmicks, reliable, honest, professional, and dedicated. They exceeded all expectations and work with integrity. I highly recommend this company, they will take care of you!
