From start to finish, Element Windows and Doors were amazing. The quote was accurate and included all relevant information (I didn’t have to follow up with unanswered questions). They were able to install the windows sooner than expected because I was having an issue with one closing and wanted it done before the cold weather. The installers were professional, timely and cleaned up well. The office staff returned calls quickly. Highly recommended!

Had Tom and Baylie for my installation. They showed up promptly and on time, answered all my questions and concerns with clarity. When i pointed something out they addressed it right away. They left the site clean and I would have them back again.

Great company to work with! I just had 5 windows replaced & Shaun, Jeff, Jeff’s assistant (sorry I forgot his name) & Alicia at the office were all polite, friendly, & quick to respond. Installation was fast & clean. These guys are so good, salesmen from other companies recommend them. Thank you!!

WOW! I don't even know where to start...lol It's not every day that you find a company for any type of home service, install or repair that is at the top of their game and delivers on their promises on every aspect. At Element Windows and Doors, Honesty, Professionalism and Price all come together. When I contacted the company for the first time and talked to Alicia, I knew right away that I called the right place. Alicia is incredibly professional, friendly and very proficient at her job. I got an estimate for replacement glass in under 30 minutes. Incredible!!!! Chris came out and gave us an estimate for replacement window in the front of the house. Again, a very professional and courteous individual. Soon after, Shaun came out to confirm the measurements and to discuss details and an approximate date of the installation. The day of the installation, a team of professional installers, Jeff and Taylor showed up on time and prepared the area by laying out runners to protect your home. They are both very knowledgeable in their trade and it shows in their work. Old window was removed and new window installed in a very timely manner. These two guys are true craftsmen in their trade. When they left...it was like they were never here. I did not have to clean after them. Thank you Jeff and Taylor. Bottom line.... every person at Element Windows and Doors is professional at what they do and very courteous with their customers. It was a great pleasure dealing with them. We will be contacting them again for more windows in the future.
