What's the point of allowing customers to reserve when you won't have the product available? I rented a pickup truck just for this purpose. This was my first time trying to rent from them and now obviously the last time as well. If it wasn't for Home Depot my entire day would have been wrecked. The person at the reception said he'll let the manager know but what good does that do for me? I hope they get their act together.
