  Had Triforce redo our basement top to bottom in Kitchener. Good communication the whole way through, no chasing anyone down for updates. The design walkthrough beforehand helped a lot since we could see roughly what we were getting before construction started. Crew was reliable, cleaned up daily, and the whole thing wrapped on schedule and on budget. Would use them again for our next project.

  We'd been talking about building an ADU for years and finally pulled the trigger with Triforce this year. So glad we did. Christine's design work made the small footprint feel way bigger than it is, and having the 3D walkthrough ahead of time took a lot of the guesswork out of it. Greg, Sean and the crew were easy to reach anytime we had a question, showed up consistently, and wrapped up on the timeline they gave us at the start. Came in on budget too which is always a bonus. It's a genuinely great little space now and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Thanks guys!
