They gave me the wrong drill and did not admit mistake. They told me the drill is covered by insurance and made me pay for it when I returned it.

I was quoted one price on the phone and a different price in person. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I will not be returning as Kingston has a number of superior rental locations.
