Very patient with the quoting process, answered all my questions and provided me with different options based on my setup. Install was smooth and seamless. Once the install was done, he walked me through the setup, what was done, and (again) was super patient with my questions. The service coordinators were also great with answering my questions - fast responses and super helpful.

Not only was she professional but her friendly and approachable manner made the whole experience enjoyable. The software side was explained in great detail and the worksite was left clean and tidy. The finished product looks amazing and I am completely satisfied.

Work was great, helped with any questions we had, etc. However, the dispatching centre did not let us know the first electrician was not showing up (after I stayed home from work to wait for them; I had to call them!). After rescheduling, the next electrician was delayed for an hour in bad weather but the call centre did not inform us about this- we had to call them - again. Today, an inspector showed up to review the work the electrician had done, nice guy, but, again- no one told us there was anyone coming. Kraun, your electricians and inspectors are great but you do them a disservice with your atrocious customer communication. 5 stars for the electrician, 1 star for your company's customer communication.
