  Had a great experience with these guys. Everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful, actually took the time to show us many different samples without feeling rushed. We eventually settled on a great looking LVP for our basement replacement. When someone stands out to me I make it a point to mention it and give them credit when due. We were very impressed with our installer Kyle. We weren't sure what to expect on the day of install, who they would be sending, what would they be like, how much we would have to explain to them what is going on. Kyle came in very knowledgeable from the start, he knew exactly what was to be done, how we wanted the flooring laid, what was happening at the transitions. He even pointed out to us some spots he thought were uneven and would put some patch down to skim things out which we appreciated. He was friendly and tidy, when he was done it was spotless and walked around with us, could tell he took pride in the work. I know being an installer is not necessarily being in 'customer service', we've had great tradesmen that may not necessarily be very good at communicating or polite, but do good work. So it stood out to us that Kyle is an excellent installer and knows how to treat customers well, rarity in the trades! We love our new floor and will do business with Bigelow and hopefully Kyle again in the future!

  We recently had carpet installed and were very pleased with the entire experience. Kyle...our installer was punctual, professional and courteous throughout the job and demonstrated excellent workmanship. He took care to keep the work area tidy and left everything cleaned and thoroughly vacuumed when the install was complete. We were very impressed with the follow up call the next day to ensure everything was satisfactory. We would not hesitate to recommend Bigelow to anyone looking for quality flooring and installation.   Fantastic company to deal with. Krista was so knowledgeable and patient with us. She helped us through our many floor choice changes. The installer was meticulous! I have dealt with many flooring companies in the past for work and hands down Bigelow is the best! Highly recommend them for your next flooring project.
