  Some words & thoughts to describe our experience - our Condo Board chose Bigelow Flooring to do our building flooring refresh and we’re glad we did. Our sales rep, Michael - responsive, positive, & trustworthy. The process? Lots of timely & clear communication. The people behind the generic titles (Scheduling)? Excellent & cooperative (we had to change some dates). Everything happened exactly when it was supposed to happen. The flooring installation? Let’s just say that Seyfo’s crew deserves a raise. One of our owners forgot the date and needed to leave but the adhesive for the tile had already been spread so he literally moonwalked her over the glue on 2 pieces of uninstalled carpet tile. You could tell that the safety & comfort of our Owner Residents was top of mind for Seyfo & his crew. Polite, professional, considerate & responsive all while providing the highest quality workmanship. We are more than happy with our choice & wouldn’t change a thing.

  Overall had a great experience with Bigelow Flooring, everyone who was involved with the entire process was helpful, professional and worked hard to complete our little bathroom floor job. I have to particularly commend the installer who went above and beyond in dealing with the unexpected challenges our very old house presented...he was diligent, professional and stayed amazingly cheerful despite the frustrations and delays. AND he did a fantastic job...the floor looks great!! I definitely would recommend this team 👍☺️

  Amir and Azam did a wonderful job helping us remove a water-damaged rug from my mother’s basement. They were friendly, professional, respectful, and very helpful throughout the whole process.
