Their customer service is second to none, and they go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. An amazing team that truly knows their stuff. Highly recommend!

- MMMilan MacesicApr 17, 20181.0Had 2 experiences with this company. Both left me with the conclusion that they are not concerned with their customers. A "take or leave it attitude". Told by an employee, "Don't come back." Rented a skid steer and it leaked all over my job site. No concern and no compensation once it was pointed out. Second time I rented a skid steer and they charged to top up the fuel tank with diesel. The person who gave me the skid steer did not check level before releasing the machine and did see that it was not completely full. I used skid steer for 2 hours and topped up tank and they claimed they need to put in another 15 litres and charged over $40. This I have found is a very dishonest way to make money and take advantage of customers. Many rental companies do this. They take advantage of customers and then point out their policy. Be careful with this company and take your time. They have a lot of equipment but an attitude that doesn't have much value for customer service.
