Called to replace Toilet Flusher Replacement kit- the lady on phone said $59.99 Plus tax to come in, which I agreed too, person came in and quoted me $450 + tax so have to replace this would have costed me $600.00. Ended up going to canadian tire and got a valve for $35.00. This is first and last time I will use this place. Prices are insane.

I called Premium Plumbers Inc. late last night because their ad online stated 24/7 service. Communication with the dispatcher was pleasant. I was given an ETA, payment terms were clear, and the assigned technician called me when he was on his way to my home. Lucas arrived promptly, diagnosed and repaired the problem on my brand new Maytag washer in a timely manner. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, very professional, and amazingly alert considering the late hour. I certainly will be a repeat customer!

Jonathan and his partner Bram showed up for a straightforward job (turning off water in house) which turned into a slightly more complicated one. Throughout their time at the house, they remained friendly, calm, helpful and fair in their assessment of what had to be done.

Premier plumbing did an incredible job at such short notice. They were very organized, communicated to us clearly the appointment time available and when they would be arriving. They have a great system of telling you when your technician is arriving/time of arrival and the time window they would be arriving at so that you can plan your day accordingly. Lucas did an amazing job. He worked efficiently, was very courteous, kind and punctual. Highly recommend and would definitely call them again for any plumbing/draining needs in the future.

I had a leaking water main shut-off valve and was scrambling to find help. I called several other plumbers but no one was available to come over quickly. Thankfully, I contacted Premier Plumbing and they were able to provide same-day service. Justin arrived promptly, stepped in right away and stopped the leak before it could cause any serious damage. He was professional and efficient and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend Justin for his fast response and excellent work!
