  Wayne helped us pick out flooring and came to the house to measure it. He was fantastic!! My husband used to install flooring and Wayne made a suggestion that neither of us thought of and my husband was so impressed by his attention to detail. Excellent customer service! We would definitely recommend Sacwal for their excellent quality and service.

  From reception, sales, measuring and installation all done very efficiently and professionally. Installation done timely and no clean up required as they did all.

  I have had two experiences with Sacwal which unfortunately make me never want to have to deal with them again. My first encounter I was selecting flooring for a major renovation - I went in and looked around. I was the only customer in the store. It took quite some time for anyone to come up and help me. I had a few questions, however the sales person was very short with me and just said pick which samples you want to bring home and put them on the table and I'll come back and sign them out for you. I wanndered around with questions still unanswered. Put samples on the table. Waited, and waited and waited...the salesman never returned. I went to another locally owned flooring company, they were amazing. The second encounter was at a new house after my husband and I blended familier. He had put in flooring a few years ago purchased from and installed by Sacwal. The flooring is only four years old. It is peeling, bubbling etc. We have had Sacwal here three times. We were told the peeling was due to high traffic - multiple areas, all non-high traffic (one spot is underr a sofa and always has been!!!) They had the manufacturer come in, he pointed out several installation errors (however the sacwal rep blamed the house and said that's what happens when you have a corner by a door jamb WHAT?). In the end both the manufacturer and Sacwal said sorry, not my fault but we would be happy to sell and install all new flooring for you. No thanks. Poor customer service, poor follow up, poor installation. Just crappy to deal with all around.

  We absolutely love our kitchen and then some renovation. We feel Alanna and her team went above and beyond with the level of service provided! Alanna guided the picking out of everything! We value her expertise/vision and appreciate that she kept it true to what suits us. The level of professionalism was top notch! They worked with my contractor and his crew. Timelines were committed to. And with every reno, there are hiccups! Hiccups were smoothed swiftly and promptly. We were in good hands. Honourable mentions: Bob and the backsplash - Bob’s attention to detail and commitment to the project was exceptional! Above and beyond. Miramar Shores - I believe that is my floor. We have a dog and a teen so we wanted to stick with a laminate floor. The flooring is made with some kind of technology involving the scanning of the inside of a tree and copying it to give the floor a more natural appearance with depth and every piece unique. Entrance floor - I believe Alanna said it was a porcelain tile. Large square and I love it. If I can more than love it, I do. The entrance is so important to me because it’s the first thing that greets you and it’s what everyone sees. The flow - I didn’t want too much white but I wanted white cupboards. Gold was too fancy. And I wanted a leather couch for durability. Alanna popped navy backsplash with the white cupboards (black handles), a navy island with gold handles, and black and gold lighting! Brilliant! She rocked a custom jute area rug, keeping with the natural materials of the couch and floor! Well played!
