  Had an emergency sewer repair done by Plumb Tech, the entire staff was amazing to deal with! definitely would recommend this company to anybody I know. Truly an amazing team.

  INSANELY EXPENSIVE!! A1.5 hour [straightforward] job resulted in a bill over $1000!! After calling to complain, the owner did agree to lower it, however I still paid over $900. We ended up needing two separate appointments (we were only charged for one) as they only had 2 faucets to choose from and would have to come back another day(I would have picked up one myself had I known they only had chrome). Instead of booking the next appointment someone was just sent to our house.... fortunately we were able to accommodate so he didn't make a wasted trip. The employees that did the work were great, but not worth the price! I certainly won't be using this company in the future!! 100% ACCURATE WES!   I needed a toilet removed and 2 installed. I supplied the toilets. 2 techs arrived. They were at my place less than an hour. I was charged $250/toilet plus a $140 service charge. $734, no parts and less than an hour. In my view that’s outrageous.

  Fixed my kitchen sink that was clogged and they came same day. Fair price and the price I was quoted was honoured although they did add a service charge but cancelled it due to them not mentioning this charge when they quoted. That's honesty.
