This is the second time we have used this service and on both occasions the driver had to turn the pod around in our lane way because the doors were facing in the wrong direction. Maybe this should be clarified up front when the order is placed instead of leaving it to chance as on both occasions the driver wasn’t very happy.

Customer service is friendly, but dropped the ball when I wanted to add the Protection Plan after my initial quote (before box delivery). Spoke to three different customer service reps over the course of a month, was assured by two of them that we had the insurance and would be billed accordingly the next month. Our recent billing still didn’t show the insurance coverage, so we spoke to another rep who also confirmed we should have it, but would look into it, only for her to call back to say we didn’t have it and it was too late to add it. Quite disappointing.

POD size was perfect. Price was competitive. Instructions for placement were followed. Invoicing a bit confusing and call centre agent appeared to be a confused trainee with respect to answering billing questions. Spoke too fast and talked over customer. Otherwise 5 Stars
