  The entire experience has been outstanding. Everyone has made sure that we have been satisfied with the service we have received. The driver that delivered the container made a real effort to ensure the container was exactly where we wanted it to be placed.

  If I could choose less than 1 star I would have. I will NEVER recommend this company. All we have heard is lies from every person we have spoken to. Our delivery was scheduled and when no one showed we called several times being advised (falsely) each time that our storage cube was on the road and should arrive shortly (at one point we were told just 20-25 minutes). Then coincidentally when 8pm came and no one answered the phone, we received a text stating our delivery was cancelled for that day. We had taken time off work and hired a couple of people to help us unload it, who ended up waiting around doing nothing while we paid them. We have no idea where our things were overnight, if it was secure or not, and then it magically appeared without notice at 7:40am the next morning. That's not where it ended. Our storage cube was to be picked up today, however again, no communication, WE had to reach out and when we did we were told we owed hundreds of additional dollars which is why our pick up was cancelled. Speaking with them again today it was allegedly "a system error" and that we don't have an outstanding balance but now our pick up isn't for another 12 days! We made all of these arrangements MONTHS ago to ensure it would be removed from the property BEFORE July 1st. This was the priority, to have it removed BEFORE July and that was agreed to. This is simply unacceptable to be continuously lied to. I DO NOT trust this alleged pick up date. To be honest I do not want this pick up date. We spent a few thousand dollars for a service we were told would deliver and pick up on specific dates and yet we keep getting the run around and excuses. I cannot recommend this company and will advise everyone I ever meet to avoid them at all costs if they cannot live up to their PAID FOR COMMITMENTS. We would have never gone with this company if they had been truthful that delivery and pick up dates will not be the dates we agreed upon.

  Bold face lies The quote I recieved on the website was around 250. Free pickup and free delivery. Talk to them on the phone and all of a sudden. It's almost $700 Massive discrepancy, massive frustration. Just don't believe the quote! Expect double or more !!
