Our recommendation of Opal Bath is 100% - from the first conversation with Oscar to the final touches, everything was done with excellence. Oscar’s design skill, Derek’s carpentry excellence, Simon’s workmanship skill, and Mike’s overall skill and excellence in project management through years of experience, combined for extensive renovation work that is exactly what we wanted. And they are the best people to enjoy having around! No matter the work environment from day to day, they were always wonderful. We are truly grateful – thank you!

We had the pleasure of working with Opal Baths and Design again for a second bathroom renovation. Our first experience with them was exceptional so we did not hesitate to book with them again. Steve and Naomi were amazing in the showroom, helping us with all our selections. If there were questions, Naomi got back to me immediately and was a joy to work with. Chris and Simon were our home crew and we couldn't have been happier with them. Their professionalism, skills, work ethic, attention to detail, knowledge and craftsmanship were all first rate. While they were here, they respected our home and treated it like it was their own. We must give a big shout out to Chris when he discovered parts missing from the light sconces we purchased and immediately headed over to the lighting store to rectify the situation. Chris always went the extra mile and it showed in every aspect of his work. The plumbers, electrician, and tile and glass installers were all excellent as well, and on schedule. The project finished on time and on budget. The before and after photos say it all. We are extremely delighted with the results and highly recommend Opal Baths and Design. Thank you all for our beautiful new bathroom and a stress-free renovation experience once again. You did an outstanding job and we are deeply grateful for all your hard work.

Opal recently completed our full bathroom renovation, and we could not be happier with the experience. From our first visit to the showroom, the team made the process feel easy and collaborative. Steve took the time to walk us through the space, listen to our ideas, and show us what was possible. We knew the project would require a complete gut job and a fresh start. When we met with Oscar, the designer, we shared our vision and he immediately understood what we were looking for. At the design meeting, he had all the samples ready, which made the decision-making process smooth, simple, and stress-free. Our construction team, Chris and Simon, were excellent. They arrived on time each day, and Chris consistently walked us through the tasks he planned to complete. The demolition went smoothly, even when a few hidden challenges came up along the way. Whenever an issue surfaced, Chris discussed it with us clearly and helped us reach an agreed solution. In the end, those adjustments actually improved the final outcome beyond the original plan. The tiling was completed by Atilla, who approached the work with real care and precision. He is clearly a perfectionist, and although the tiling took a little longer than originally planned, the end result was outstanding. The team of plumbers who completed the work were fantastic. They took the time to answer my questions clearly and made sure I understood each step of the process. Nick, the electrician, was equally excellent during his installation work. After seeing the new bathroom lighting, I was so impressed that I hired him to install new lighting in my basement as well. The glass installation was handled by Vlad and Dennis from Waterdown Glass. They were meticulous throughout the installation, and the finished look was fantastic. The finished bathroom is beautifully redesigned, and we are extremely pleased with the result. Thank you to the whole team at Opal Baths for making the renovation such a positive experience.

We engaged Opal Bath & Design to renovate our main floor powder room. The room was very small and required some customized fittings. We were very pleased with the results. We worked with Oscar, who was exceptional about the design elements, very knowledgeable about various options for materials, and who co-ordinated the various trades needed to complete the project, working hard to complement our schedule. Oscar even had the blueprints for our powder room from work commissioned by the previous owners 30 years before! The various trades were also exceptional. All were competent, courteous, and mindful not to let their work affect other areas of our home. Chris, Derrick, and Atilla were all exceptional, as well as the plumbers. Everyone paid attention to detail. No complaints. Highly recommend this business.

Opal just completed the fourth bathroom that they have renovated for us. As with the others, the job was completed on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Opal for their attention to detail, quality of materials and personal integrity.
