  We originally had Mike and his team at Lizano Co booked to paint the exterior of our home, including all the windows, soffits, gutters, and fascia. They also completed some electrical work indoors. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. What really impressed us was how they handled an unexpected issue. Just two days before they were scheduled to begin, we discovered a leak that had damaged part of our ceiling. Despite already having a busy schedule, Mike and his team made room for us right away. They removed the damaged ceiling, installed new drywall, and restored everything perfectly. The finished result is immaculate—you would never know there had been any damage. The exterior painting has completely transformed the look of our home. We've received so many compliments from our neighbours on how great it looks, and it has truly enhanced our home's curb appeal and value. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you're looking to turn your house into a home and bring your vision to life, I would 100% recommend Lizano Co. Mike and his team go above and beyond, and we have nothing but good things to say about our experience.

  Absolutely thrilled about our new basement reno! Mike and his team were fantastic. Mike took the time to understand our vision, clearly communicated what the process would look like and provided suggestions that made sense and saved us money. Hard workers, kept their workspace clean, and you can tell (as my wife and I work from home and got to see it everyday) they absolutely love what they do and take pride in their work. Couldn’t recommend the Lizano team more and we look forward to bringing them back for our next project!

  We couldn't be happier with the work that Lizano Co. did on our new home! As first-time homebuyers, we were incredibly overwhelmed but Mike worked closely with us to ensure that our vision came to life. He was patient, communicative and incredibly trustworthy throughout the entire process. Like any renovation, there were a few hiccups along the way, but what truly stood out was how Mike handled them. He was calm, transparent and solution-oriented. He always kept us in the loop and made sure that things were addressed properly. His professionalism and genuine care made a huge difference and gave us so much peace of mind. This is our first home and we weren't just going to trust anyone with it. Choosing Mike was one of the best decisions we made!

  I don't normally write reviews, let alone take this much time and thought in writing one, but I felt I had to. As a shift worker with three kids, renovations can be stressful — but working with Lizano Co made the process smooth and manageable. Mike was not only professional and skilled, but also very courteous and respectful of my family’s schedule and space. He was great with the kids and made sure the work caused as little disruption as possible. What stood out most: Clear vision & collaboration — He listened to my ideas and worked with me to bring them to life. Reliability & transparency — I always knew what was happening and there were no surprises. Skilled workmanship — Everything from flooring to finishes was done with care and precision. One-stop solution — He handled all aspects of the job, making the process stress-free. Family-friendly approach — Respectful, patient, and considerate — something that meant a lot with three little ones at home. If you want a renovation done right, on time, and by someone who truly cares about both the work and the people in your home, I can’t recommend Lizano Co enough.

  Mike was attentive to our needs and promptly set up our house painting. The 3 painters did an excellent job, were tidy, efficient and got the job done in one day. Many people have commented on the great paint job and how it has enhanced the look of our house.
