  I'm very satisfied with how service went. This is a new concept to me and their call center explained it in detail while being concise. Colleen helped me get set up and pick up/drop off was flawless. This is the way of the future and far more affordable than standard moving. There's a few of these companies out there but Cubeit had the best rate and customer service.

  NO WEEKEND ACCESS. This location is NOT SECURE, the gate is ALWAYS OPEN as it’s a common entrance with other commercial businesses. HOURS subject to change without notice. Hours are not consistent between locations. I’m extremely frustrated to learn today they have, without notice, significantly reduced their Burlington location hours to M-F 9-3, and removed weekend appointments indefinitely. They have flatly REFUSED to accommodate my request for a weekend appointment, despite my offer of flexibility to come on a weekend date and time of their choosing; and despite my contract explicitly stating an appointment outside business hours can be requested. The only option offered was for me to pay like $700 to have the container moved to London location where Saturday apt is still available. The unwillingness of this company to find a solution is totally unacceptable. Since I live over 2 hrs away I would have NEVER used this company if I’d been informed upfront that weekend access could be revoked without notice and the ability to request an apt outside business hours could also be revoked without notice. It seems this company doesn’t care if /how changes effect WORKING people, and the manager I spoke to just kept saying “sorry you don’t like the options available” - when I want been given ANY weekend option. Removing weekend access (unless I pay $700) is effectively denying me access!
