  Very satisfied with the initial installation a year ago. The unit did provide coverage on a couple of outages during the winter, and customer service was responsive in fixing a brief issue with one of the outages. First year maintenance was scheduled and executed in a timely and efficient manner! Highly recommend Calibre Electric!

  Great service from Calibre Electric. They did our warranty service and they kept us informed as to when they were coming and let us know when they started testing the Generac. Received a detailed report electronically and the invoice the same way. Called to pay with my credit card and was on the call and off in less than 2 minutes. Great service.

  Calibre Electric installed our Generac today, and the entire experience was excellent. They arrived on time and worked very efficiently throughout the installation. Their coordination with our local Hydro provider was seamless, and the job was completed right on schedule. The crew was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The finished installation looks great, and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Thank you for making this such a smooth and positive experience. We’re very happy to have the system in place now—just waiting for the next power outage!

  This crew is fantastic. I tried for years to get a quote on a generator. They were the only people to show. They were professional and courteous and the install was clean. Never felt more safe and sound. It's been a year now and Nathan just completed our maintenance. They initiated with me. He was on time, amazingly polite. Quick, clean and efficient!!! Highly recommend!!!
