  Had a great experience getting a new garage door through Canadoor. From dealing with Cam on the quote, to the office staff in scheduling+billing, to Colin, our lead installation tech - Everyone was highly professional and fantastic to do business with! The installed door looks great and hearing Colin rave about how great the company treats their technicians, it was honestly a tremendous affirmation that we went with the right company for the job. Highly recommend considering them to all who are in the market for a new garage door!

  Colin from Canadoor did an absolutely fantastic job from start to finish. He thoroughly went through all of my options with my old doors. When I decided to replace them he took his time to make sure we were getting what we wanted. He also installed them and went through the maintenance with me. Very professional, polite and detailed. I would definitely recommend Canadoor for garage doors!

  Around a month ago on a weekend i had a garage issue. I googled Aurora overhead doors who I always dealt with but didn’t have their number saved. I clicked on a website that said Aurora overhead doors. I called it and they answered. I asked if this was Aurora overhead doors and they said yes. They sent a service truck and when they arrived I noticed it didn’t say Aurora overhead doors. It said Canador on the truck. At this point I didn’t care because I needed my door fixed. But when the technician told me my service would be in the thousands for a New spring i immediately told them not to Do anything and I would call Aurora overhead doors on the Monday. A Business that try to impose as other businesses is not good business. I’m retired now but I’ve owned a service business for 30 years and I would never imagine to do this shady stuff to any customers I came across.

  Within 12 hours of my old opener finally calling it quits, Michael the fantastic tech from Canadoor, had installed the new opener I had chosen and fully explained everything about it with easy to understand instructions. He also completed a maintenance service on my rails & lubricated the wheels. I highly recommend Canadoor for all aspects of garage doors & openers. Thank you Michael for your dedication to your craft and removing a lot of stress from me...

  Jacob Buttineau was the technician dispatched for my service call, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived promptly, and was professional and knowledgeable throughout the visit. After completing his inspection, Jacob clearly explained the issue and provided several options to address it based on my needs. He completed the work efficiently and left the area exactly as he found it, which I greatly appreciated. One thing that stood out was that when he called to say he was nearby, he mentioned he was close to a Tim Hortons and offered to bring me a coffee or tea. It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot and demonstrated excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Canadoor to friends and family.
