  Love this company and their attention to detail. Colin and Nathan came on time and were exceptional with their install of my new door and opener. They explained every step of the process and went through everything once completed. Very happy! Would highly recommend

  Brandon notified me prior to arrival. Arrived on time with a smile and handshake. We went over the requirements to repair my issue. I felt very comfortable with his analysis so moved forward with the work. Forty Five minutes later he finished the job as he said he would. Thanks to Brandon a job well done . Thanks. We will spread the word of his service.

  I called yesterday morning and spoke with Lisa at customer service who was incredible . I mentioned that my garage door wouldn't open and I was able to book an appointment immediately. Dawson showed up a few hours later from the company and gave me a full report and options to repair on the spot. A few hours later everything was fixed perfectly. At the end I received a video showing it worked. Amazing! What an incredible experience. I highly recommend Canadoor. They would get 10 Stars if it was possible.

  I've given Canadoor a 5 star rating, simply because there was no option to give them a higher rating! From my initial contact with Tracy to our interaction with Brandon (the installer) they were nothing short of phenomenal. As a former sales manager I would regularly preach to my team the extreme importance and benefits of establishing a relationship. Both Tracy and Brandon did that about as well as I've ever seen. Brandon in particular was incredibly FUN (Friendly, Understanding and Natural) and if I ever need more garage door work, he won't be my first call; he'll be my only call. My wife and I both asked him if we required another replacement or repair, in the future if it would be possible to specifically request Brandon. That's the highest accolade I can give and it was entirely well earned! Try Canadoor! I guarantee that, from the first call, to the final "see you later", you'll be Very happy that you did.

  I had a great experience with this garage door company! My garage door suddenly broke, and they responded right away, which I really appreciated. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, attentive, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain the issue and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. The quality of their work was excellent, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. It’s not easy to find reliable service like this these days, but they definitely delivered.
