  Really shocked and impressed with the team here. I think I reached out to a few different competitors. Really grateful for the year use of technology and setting the appointment. That being said, they were not able to make it for the first appointment. Came very late for the second appointment due to a busy day, but we end up rescheduling for today I'm very happy with their work. Great education and how things work. Very thorough. I would highly recommend it to anybody. Not sure who the CEO of this company is what they're doing. All the right stuff to ensure a great brand. Keep it up.

  BUYER BEWARE. There are far too many options out there for this industry. Play it safe and choose anyone else. You'll save yourself a headache and likely some money. Story: I have two garage doors, two openers. Called to have them both replaced. Received quote on the spot, it looked high but fair based on my research, the guys were already on site so I gave them the job. Imagine my surprise when they "finished" the job and only one side was finished. They then told me I had to also purchase a $500 - $900 spring or else I won't have a warranty. After about a week of back and forth with management, they decided to come back and finish the job for nearly double the quoted price. I gave in and would rather wrap up this nightmare as opposed to deal with their headache any longer. I was then surprised to learn they weren't changing the outdoor keypad. Seems like the installer dug one up from the bottom of his truck and put it on my wall. My wife asked how to change the code, she was told "Youtube it". A week later we have still yet to change the generic garage code and now management tells me they're too busy at a trade show right now. There are far too many options out there for this industry. Play it safe and choose anyone else. You'll save yourself a headache and likely some money.

  By far the best service and after sales customer service I have experienced. Right from the time I called them with my garage door issue it was an absolute delight - their processes are so clear and transparent. No dubious quotes, no pushy upselling. The technician, Michael arrived on time, inspected the door and presented all the options available. He was highly professional and knowledgeable. He finished the repair well before time and ensured I was fully satisfied with the service before he left - the small gift in the end was unexpected :-). I give 5 stars to Michael Allesandro and 5 stars to the company. Kudos to the Company management for their exemplary service.

  What a wonderful experience from start to finish, Both from the customer service representative Tracey And the technician himself, Zachary. Hi myself, I’ve never had to replace a garage door, They made this process so easy for me and broke down everything that needed to be done. We found damage on things that I would never have found… Zachary explained everything in detail same with Tracey. I could not speak highly of these two. On top of that, it’s a Canadian owned company the price is very Reasonable with lots of options great for customers. I definitely will be working with this company and the springtime to do the future repair repairs and replacements on my garage door. You guys have a great word of mouth and hear nothing but great thing about this team! Keep up the good work and thank you for my this process so easy for myself.

  nd said I hadn't wasted my money as I could apply it to a new overhead door.. They knew I wanted my cld door opened. I had no intention of getting a new door but that was obviously their intention from the start.. I called another company and they lubricated the spring, adjusted the rollers and had my door opening and closing manually in less than an hour. I received no apology or rebate from Canadoor after contyacting them about the poorly trained technician who did nothing to the spring as He informed me it was seized from the rust. Surely a well-trained repair technician would know to lubricate the spring and adjust the rollers so the newly installed stainless steel cables would open the door- the other fellow knew exactly what to do I will also say that I was not shown an invoice , or any pre printed info on the blank cell phone screen that I was asked to sign . Two days later . after sending them a letter outlining my concerns they sent me a copy of the invoice with two additional attached sections marked with lines (to indicate they had been read?) and my signature was attached to the whole thing .this came on my home computer. I am 84 years old my flip phone is for calls only and has no data. I was never shown nor had this info read to me. This company should not be trusted for repairs on older doors nor should they be trusted to deal honourably by older adults who are not computerized cell phone knowledgeable'
