  Pricing for attic insulation was 3 x other quotes I received. I tried to follow up with the tech that provided the quote. I never received a response or a follow up. I assume he knew the quote was way out of line.

  We were very impressed with our assessment specialist, Austin Royle. He demonstrated a strong understanding of not only home insulation, which was the purpose of our engaging Ainger Group, but the overall home (i.e., roofing, exterior, and interior) and how the different components must work together to provide energy efficient comfortable environment through summers and winters. Austin arrived promptly for our appointment after sending a pre-arrival message with his picture and brief introduction (allowing us to know who would be arriving). He was professional, friendly and courteous. We talked about our concerns (the reasons we engaged Ainger Group) and he ensured he understood what we were describing by listening and asking probing questions. He was completely prepared with all of the appropriate equipment and understanding/experience to investigate our concerns. Austin was very thorough in his investigation/analysis and documented what he found as he worked. When he was finished he was able to walk us through all of his findings and patiently answered all of our questions until we understood. We highly recommend Austin to anyone else looking for help to investigate and understand the environmental situation of their home.

  Austin was an excellent rep for Ainger Group. Every thing from being on time, answering all my questions and making a few suggestion. The job is now complete and it went as seamlessly as getting the quote from Austin. Chad and Greg(?) did and awesome job. Before and after photos were provided to show the difference and their clean up was good. They cleaned up and left before I could even say thank you. Job well done. Looking forward to using Ainger when we need our roof done. Thanks again to everyone at Ainger!

  Overall Ainger did a solid job. I reached out to get a quote. They followed up with me the next day, booked the initial consultation. The sales rep came out and provided a thorough report and quote. There was a little back and forth to have the quote amended but once the quotes were approved I had an appointment within 24hrs. Chad and Greg came out and did a really great job. They took the time to explain what they were going to do, setup protective drop sheets to minimize debris and possible damage, and cleaned up all affected areas. An excellent crew and very professional. Rick the project manager also came out, touched base with the crew, took the time to speak with me and go over some details that came to light on the day the work was being done, also a consummate professional. Solid team overall and happy with the end result.

  I hired the Ainger Group to replace our eavestroughs and install snow stops on our metal roof. Scott, who provided the estimate, was excellent to work with, and the crew on-site was pleasant, professional, and efficient. I don’t recall everyone’s names, but I believe Xavier was the team lead. I did have a few concerns during the project, and the team addressed them promptly, which I appreciated. However, not all materials quoted were supplied, and when I inquired about an adjustment to the final balance, the supervisor dismissed the concern and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him. Given that interaction, I felt unable to leave a full five‑star review. Overall, the workmanship was solid and the crew was great, but the customer service at the end with the supervisor left room for improvement.
