  I recently had the pleasure of meeting many of the wonderful members of the Ainger team, all were kind and professional in their dealings with customer and co-worker alike. The team genuinely supported each other for the best possible finished product. The Ainger team left my yard and driveway cleaner than they found it and impressive ly even had their own bins which allowed for immediate movement and recycling of appropriate materials. Their community minded approach comes through in all they do and we're a pleasure to deal with. Shingles have a 25 year warranty but its important to pick a company that has the same longevity to stand behind their work. Ainger roofing & exteriors has been and will continue to be a staple in our communities with their obvious ambition to truly strive for the best quality finished product. In asking about the difference in roof vents from a neighbor's new roof the answer while still about ventilation made me realize this was a company competing only with themselves (and still winning). I will recommend Ainger Roofing & Siding to family and friend alike and will be calling them when its time for new windows and doors.

  I had a roof inspection done last week through the company "Ainger Group". My experience was very positive and the technician, Rick Robinson, provided a very thorough evaluation of our situation. He provided us with the necessary details, along with his professional opinion and recommendations moving forward. I would recommend Ainger to anyone who is looking to have their roof inspected and serviced throughout the summer season! They are very detail oriented and always put the customer and their needs first.

  When the team arrived they noticed the boards did not need changed. They were able to adjust the job accordingly with no problems. Jason delivered good service and oversight of the project. His team worked hard and quickly. Chantelle was pleasant and helpful, although some calls were not returned by Chantelle or Scott. I’m sure it’s a busy time of year and sometimes things get overlooked. Thank you for your service

  It's not every day that you come across a contractor who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely honest, which is why I felt compelled to write this review. Over the winter, we discovered a leak from our roof into the garage and were naturally concerned that it might require a major and costly repair. We contacted Ainger Group Roofing & Exteriors, and Bill Jacques came to assess the situation. From the moment he arrived, Bill was professional, thorough, and patient. He took the time to carefully inspect the area, locate the source of the problem, and explain exactly what was happening. What impressed us most was his honesty. Instead of turning a small issue into a large roofing project, he explained that the leak could be addressed with a relatively simple repair involving caulking and Flex Seal. As homeowners, we rely on experts to guide us, and it would have been easy for someone to recommend expensive work that wasn't actually necessary. Bill did the exact opposite. He was transparent, straightforward, and focused on helping us solve the problem rather than selling us services we didn't need. His expertise, integrity, and willingness to educate us gave us complete confidence in his assessment. He not only helped us understand the root cause of the leak but also saved us a considerable amount of money in the process. We are extremely grateful for Bill's honest advice and outstanding service.
