Brandon Spencer from Affordable comfort was arrived at the earliest time of a 2 hour window. He installed a new toilet and carried the old one into our garage for disposal. He spent a long time unclogging one of our drains in our ensuite and got the water flowing better than before in all 3 bathroom Mr sinks. He even investigated where he thought the odour and bathroom issue was coming from. Very much appreciated and his information! He was tidy, friendly, efficient and professional. Not sure how the price would have compared to other places… it seemed a bit high but I don’t really know. Very happy with his work and would highly recommend Brandon

Brandon (plumber) did an incredible job with diagnosing and fixing our smelly drain issue. He suggested a simple sleeve addition to prevent sewer gas smells from entering our older home. Super impressed with his service. Matthew (electrician) installed a ceiling fan for us. He was quick and did a great job adding a switch for us as well. He was super friendly. Highly recommend both!

The technician (Daniel) arrived on time for my furnace service appointment. He was very professional and answered all my furnace-related questions knowledgeably and patiently. He performed the service, cleaned up the work area, and provided a good overview of the health and condition of my furnace. Also, when asked, he explained my future service options offered by the company clearly without any sales pressure. Overall, I was very happy with the quality of the work performed and the peace of mind it provided.

10/10! I’ve had to hire quite a few companies lately as a new homeowner, and this was easily one of the best experiences. I had 2 pot lights installed, my sauna wire moved, a couple junction boxes and general tidying from previous owners. Pricing was fair and the work was done promptly. Rory was a great guy to deal with, very personable and left the area nice and tidy. The job ended up being a bit more complicated than originally expected, but everything was explained to me and the price stayed the same. Very knowledgeable and professional. If he wasn’t so busy I’d buy him a beer! Highly recomend.

Outstanding Service from an Amazing Team at Affordable Comfort! I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Affordable Comfort! I needed to replace my water heater tank, and from the very beginning, Jim was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. I contacted him several times with different questions, and he always responded patiently and without hesitation. He made the whole process so much easier. After accepting the quote, the company arranged the installation for the very next day! Andrew was the installer, and he was wonderful. He checked everything carefully and completed the installation professionally. When the power unexpectedly went out, he took control of the situation and contacted the office to arrange for an electrician. That’s when Matt came in, and what a fantastic person he was! He had such a great personality, checked everything thoroughly, explained what was going on, and just when we thought he was finished, he decided to check the water heater one more time. He discovered an additional issue, fixed it, and made sure everything was working properly. I was truly impressed by how quickly, politely, kindly, and professionally this entire team handled everything. Every person I dealt with made me feel that my concerns mattered. A huge thank-you to Jim, Andrew, Matt, Jolly, and the entire team at Affordable Comfort. And honestly, kudos to the management and hiring team for bringing together such wonderful people! I still have some electrical work to be completed at my house, but this experience has already left me with such a positive impression of the company. I absolutely love this level of service and would wholeheartedly recommend Affordable Comfort to anyone looking for a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy and pleasant! You guys are amazing!
