  The Affordable Comfort team helped me with plumbing and furnace repairs and HVAC maintenance today. A team of three attended. Each one of them - Brandon (HG), David and Myles - carefully and patiently explained their roles and offered first rate customer service. They perform detailed investigations of complex problems; ensured that I understood all repairs and expected outcomes and carefully tidied up after themselves. I appreciated that Affordable was able to tackle both plumbing and HVAC concerns. All in all, a good experience!

  Of course, my AC died on a 32 celsius day . Sunday morning no less, I filed online for a tech to come out and see if my AC could be saved. Within a minute of my request, Ashley contacted me , explaining service offerings, what could be done, cost and booked a suitable time the next day. She was concise, accurate and outstanding. The technician Shane arrived the next day on time, and did a thorough check of our homes equipment. He found a part that did not work and replaced it promptly. All the time explaining what he was doing. He checked and checked everything. Needless to say our unit is operating with a new part and an adjustment to our furnace. Work was done timely and we thank him for that. His work and that of Ashley will cause us to use Affordable again. Great job by both of them . Many thanks.

  Had a great experience with Affordable Comfort Ltd. The booking process was super easy, and unlike other companies, there was basically no wait time. Nathan was great when he came to diagnose the problem, he was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Matt and Emmett installed my new AC unit, and they were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. I also really appreciated the regular updates on when my new unit was coming in and when the technicians would be arriving. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.

  Affordable Comfort went above and beyond to install our new air conditioner. Last week was a particularly hot week and after a severe storm our air conditioner stopped working. Affordable Comfort came that afternoon and the next day it was installed. The two technicians, Randy and Cole were amazing. They placed area mats in the house so there was no dust or dirt and had the job done and everything back in order in a very short time. Excellent service all the way around. We would highly recommend Affordable Comfort .

  From my initial call to Affordable Comfort Julia became “my new best friend “as she helped me coordinate the work needed to be done by Affordable Comfortable and a Pest Control company which I required as I had a bird who decided to build a nest in the exterior pipe of my ductless air conditioning unit where the cap had fallen off. Dave P was my next contact who was very knowledgeable about what was needed to do the job as he found it. He gave me options to either repair or replace the unit with no pressure just knowledge as to what was needed with each option. Capable, courteous and kind. Then came Matt and Emmitt who came with all the equipment needed and the knowledge how to use it. They were not only very capable in doing their work but also required a great deal of patience as we had to delay while the bird nest was removed. Thankfully the nest had no eggs or babies — a situation which Matt and Emmitt were very thoughtful of in proceeding. Each one of these competent employees of Affordable Comfort dealt with what was a stressful situation for me with professionalism and kindness. I could not speak more highly of each of them. Thank you for a job well done 👍
