  What a great company! Mark was fantastic from start to finish. We needed to replace a 30-year-old gas fireplace that had developed a strong creosote smell, and Mark was the only one we found who could also clean and inspect our chimney. The difference is incredible as there is no more smell, everything was cleaned with great attention to detail, and our beautiful new fireplace now warms the main floor wonderfully. We also had our basement gas fireplace inspected and cleaned, and it is now fully functioning and looking better than ever. Mark even took the time to repaint the backing which was well beyond what we expected! The timeline was exactly as promised, and the workmanship was excellent. We were especially impressed with the care taken to protect the area and leave everything clean and tidy once the work was completed. A great experience, a great product, and great people! We would highly recommend Flame Sensations.

  We came across Flamesantions by coincidence through a google search saw good reviews and I couldn’t be happier that our paths crossed. Mark was great and finding something that suited our needs was thoughtful with working within our budget. Service can’t say enough, work was done clean and quick Mark was very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks Mark love my fireplaces.

  Contacted Marc to get my basement fireplace started after three had company tagged it. We hadn't used it since we bought the house. His tech came out, was professional, and had the fireplace cleaned and up and running in an hour. Would highly recommend Flame Sensations. Wish I had a before pic to show how bad it was.
