  Tyler came to address some vibrations i was getting from my a/c and did an exceptional job figuring out what the issue was a mitigated my vibrations as much as possible. Very happy with the service I received. I recommend using Don's Heating and Cooling.

  I had Don’s Heating & Cooling install a new furnace and A/C system in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, these guys were professional, knowledgeable, and actually cared about doing the job right. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure the installation was done properly instead of just rushing through it and calling it a day. The workmanship was excellent, everything was clean and neatly installed, and the new system is running fantastic. It’s always refreshing to deal with a company where you can tell the people doing the work actually take pride in what they do. And let’s be honest… when someone is installing a furnace and A/C, you really want to know they know what they're doing. 😂 Great service, great workmanship, and a great experience from beginning to end. I’d absolutely recommend Don’s Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for HVAC work. 5 stars all day!

  Brian spent a lot of time with us and we decided to replace our furnace or air conditioner as well as our hot water tank. Erwin, Mark, Jay and then Tim, and Henry spent a tremendous amount of time installing all of the equipment as well as explaining things to us over three days. We ended up with a brand, new furnace, a heat pump, as well as a tankless hot water tank. We are extremely pleased with their professionalism and their care during the installation. We would definitely recommend Dons Heating and Cooling to anyone in the Alliston area!

  We had an issue with our AC condensation pump leaking water all over the basement, and Aaron was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue and get it fixed. He explained what was going on every step of the way, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s not always easy to find someone who is reliable, honest, and genuinely takes pride in their work, but Aaron checked every box. We really appreciated his excellent service and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC help. Thanks again, Aaron!
