  Today at approximately 11:30 a.m., I contacted Sewer Squad Plumbing because both of my bathroom sinks were completely clogged after I unsuccessfully attempted to clear them myself, creating quite a mess. From the moment my call was answered, I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. I was advised that, due to scheduling, I might have to wait until the following day for service, which I completely understood. However, they assured me they would do their very best to have someone attend the same day. At approximately 2:50 p.m., I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call advising that Ashton would, in fact, be able to come that day. The only challenge was that he could arrive in about 15 minutes, but I was on my way to a medical appointment with my child. I asked if it would be possible to reschedule the visit for around 5:00 p.m., and they gladly accommodated my request. That level of flexibility and customer service was outstanding. Shortly afterward, I received an email from Sewer Squad Plumbing that included a photo of Ashton along with a brief description of his experience, skills, and personality. This was an excellent touch that immediately inspired confidence before the technician even arrived. When I returned home shortly after 5:00 p.m., Ashton and his colleague Caleb were already waiting outside in a clean, professionally branded company vehicle. Although I was running a little late returning from my appointment, Ashton greeted me warmly with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Upon entering my home, both Ashton and Caleb immediately put on shoe covers to protect my floors and carpets. They introduced themselves, shook my hand, and carefully assessed the problem. They clearly explained the available repair options, as well as preventative maintenance options for the future, and provided a detailed quote that included all taxes. I appreciated the transparency—there were no hidden costs or surprises. I chose only to have the clog repaired, and at no point did I feel pressured to purchase additional services. The quote was very reasonable, and the work was completed efficiently and professionally. They left the work area spotless, making sure everything was clean before they left. The payment process was quick and straightforward, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Ashton and Caleb were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them and Sewer Squad Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. To top it all off, I later learned from Ashton that Sewer Squad Plumbing is a Canadian-owned company. Supporting Canadian businesses is important to me, and it made me even happier to have chosen them. Overall, this was an exceptional customer service experience, and I highly recommend Sewer Squad Plumbing.

  I've worked with various contractors through the years both at work and at my own residence and the service provided by these guys is truly 5 star. Denys walked us through the estimates, financing and the permit procedures. Arsen and Andrew were 15minutes early, dug up the line and installed a backwater valve and new cleanout in about 4 hours. They are back Tuesday to do the liner. They were clean and courteous...they deserve the highest recommendation I can give.

  Everything (from the very first phone call to make the appointment, all the way until the very last step of making payment) was very easy. A phone call and message from a dispatcher to let me know my technician was on his way was very much appreciated. Ashton provided the most amazing plumbing service I've ever seen. He's professional, friendly, and very thorough. Everything was explained very clearly. He answered all of my questions without judgement. There were absolutely no surprise costs(which was fantastic!). I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Ashton and the Sewer Squad!!!! Great job, team! Thank you, Ashton!

  We had an excellent experience with Sewer Squad Plumbing on June 24, 2026. The technician, Michael Fadare, and his teammate spent 5 hours successfully resolving a major kitchen sink backup originating from the main pipe beneath our basement floor. He cleared the blockage using various sizes of snaking cables, followed by a hydrojet. He carefully increased the water pressure (from 10% up to 100%) to break up the debris, all while monitoring the progress with a telescopic camera inside the main line leading to the city sewer. The work was done extremely well, and we are incredibly satisfied with the outcome. The team was highly professional and left absolutely no mess behind. Michael, in particular, was exceptionally patient and kind throughout the process. We highly recommend Sewer Squad! This was a breath of fresh air after a terrible experience with Enercare, whose technicians couldn't resolve the issue. Sewer Squad truly saved the day. From Sony Nguyen

Their stellar reputation is 100% accurate, and the service I received from start to finish was absolutely top-notch. ​The excellent experience started with Denys, who came out to snake my main line. He arrived early, was incredibly kind and courteous, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issues I was experiencing. He laid out clear, honest options for me to choose from. Once I decided on a plan, he coordinated everything seamlessly and promised a crew would be out to start just a couple of days later. ​On the day of the job, Roman and his coworker arrived promptly and got straight to work. They were extremely professional, polite, and respectful—even taking the time to kindly coordinate and discuss the situation with my neighbors, which I deeply appreciated. ​Denys also returned that day to inspect the progress and informed me that some additional issues had been discovered. Rather than pressuring me, he took the time to walk me through various options for how to handle it right then, allowing me to choose what I was most comfortable with. ​Once I selected the best option for my situation, Roman and his team worked incredibly hard over the next few days to get the job done right. Throughout the entire process, whenever I had a question or needed assistance, the office customer service was fantastic. ​It is such a relief to find a company with this level of honesty, hard work, and professionalism. I will absolutely be telling everyone I know to use the Sewer Squad for all their plumbing needs in the future!
