  Had a plumbing back at basement toilet and shower. Was hoping it was the sewer clean out needing service. Nicholas quickly determined it was not. With an older house the clay pipe inside separated from the PVC drain pipe feeding it and a bunch of roots intruded. He showed me pictures of the issue and walked me through the work needed (5 feet of pipe replacement). As the toilet was removed to see the problem we saw a chance to replace the toilet. While I was getting a toilet, Nicholas managed to clear a small hole through the roots to allow for some drainage. With an estimate of costs, and deposit given, Nicholas quickly scheduled the pipe replacement work for tomorrow. I am happy. The reality is no one is ever happy when problems happen. I am glad we got the tech we did. Thank you.

  Great company, all explained well from office lady to service tech. You cant rent the equipment and do it yourself for less than the service fee. Really good to see old fashioned customer service nowadays.

  Had a sewage backup in my basement drain and called Sewer Squad Plumbing⁠. They arrived quickly and the service was excellent from start to finish. Nick was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was causing the issue and the different options available. He was able to unclog the drain pipe efficiently and also identified a larger underlying problem that could cause issues down the road. What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure. Nick walked me through the recommendations, explained the pros and cons, and helped me make an informed decision about next steps. It’s hard to find honest and reliable service like this.   Very pleased and thankful for the service received by Gareth. Was polite, explained the work that needed to be done and provided a quote in line with the work expectations. Once given approval to proceed he completed the work as expected and provided an overview of what was completed to my complete satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this company.

  I really appreciate the quick and high-quality work from Denys, Ethan, Yaroslav, and their team. We had several services completed by Sewer Squad, including a drain inspection, drain cleaning, and waterproofing with a sump pump installation. Denys was especially helpful in providing recommendations for the drain cleaning and waterproofing solutions. They even shared a video of the drain afterward, it looked extremely clean and well done. The turnaround time was impressive: we received a quote on Wednesday, had the drain cleaned the very next day, and the waterproofing and sump pump installation were scheduled for Saturday. Everything was completed within just a few days. Overall, they were fast, efficient, and delivered excellent results on both jobs. Thanks again!
