  We had trouble with basement drain backup. We tried to snake it but that was only a temporary fix. We were referred to sewer squad by a family friend. Called one day. They came out the next. He knew right away what the problem was. Quoted a price and even gave us a discount on the overall process. Sent pictures of before snd after the cleanup. There was a lot of gunk coming out of our drain. So in conclusion fast, dependable, efficient and though it was expensive it was less than what I thought it would be.

  Not happy with sewer squad service they speak about $88 + HST no gimmicks... unfortunately I have to give them a low rating first time out I was told we needed a service drain to do that it was 345$ we said no thanks as it's a 5 minute job will get it done and call u back... then a week later only to find out that we need a 3 inch service drain from laundry tub... I have never Seen 3 inch service drain on laundry all my parents wanted is a cleaning today on second round was told it would need a 3 x 5 foot cement cut to install 3 inch service NO thank U... total BS so much for the 88$ plus tax the tech told me to do this 3 inch it would be over 3K u Kidding me I will go to Home Depot and buy husky 1/4 inch 25 foot auger for 36$ plus tax and do what I needed them to do today for my parents

  Behrouz was the helpful and friendly technician who helped me today. I couldn't find my exterior shutoff valve and thought it needed installation. Behrouz laid out all the options and walked me through understanding the plumbing of my newly purchased house. He went above and beyond to see ways that could resolve my problem. Ultimately with his 25 years of experience, Behrouz found the existing ahut off valve behind drywall. He saved me lots of headache and unnecessary drilling and cost. He educated me on maintenance and a wholistic view of the home. I'm now scheduled for a free inspection of my plumbing to have peace of mind knowing what needs attention and what doesn't. I feel so well taken care of and trust Sewer Squad with my plumbing needs. Very grateful. Thank you for securing our winter away from potential pipe bursts!

  We recently moved into a house that is almost 100 years old and our plumbing needed some updating. This included switching over a dated backwater valve for smaller/new one, installing a new cleanout (to access our pipes, if needed, without damaging said backwater valve), and then installing a liner to fix our old pipes heading out of the house. Denys did a great job on the initial quote: walking us through what our issues were, what could be done, and the best way to move forward. Many others that we talked to had few solutions to all of our problems or couldn't provide all the services we requested themselves. He also remained our contact throughout the process and was a great help as things moved forward! Bogdan did a great job actually installing the backwater valve/cleanout for us in an efficient manner. Josh and Liam then did an amazing job installing the liner, walking us through the process, and providing before and after videos showing what had been done. Would definitely recommend the Sewer Squad as people who know what they are doing and that you can rely on to get the job done!

  This faucet was installed in our powder room in 2022. I thought I could fix it myself but the drip became a stream. Peter from Sewer Squad came to the rescue! He arrived very quickly in a big shiny truck that must have been packed with every kind of plumbing tool. He was very pleasant and professional. In a few minutes he fixed the problem. He had the required part with him. So don't be afraid to call Sewer Squad for your general plumbing needs. Their master plumbers will solve your problems.
