  Tony was our sales person. He was very polite to my wife and I. We went to his store to look at some wood flooring and chose a few colors we liked. We made an appointment for a few days later to have him come to our house with the samples. He measured our house and gave us a quote and Tony explained how there could be an extra cost once we pull up the old flooring because he can’t see the condition of the concrete floor. He said he might have to fill some cracks or level out the floor. And he gave us a breakdown of the cost and everything. We felt very comfortable with him and decided to hire his company to furnish and install the wood flooring. When our flooring was pulled up, the installer showed us how uneven our floor was in certain areas and he had to fill it. Tony already gave us pricing to float it and sand it smooth and level so it all worked out perfectly. The installers were fantastic and very polite and we were very happy with everything. I highly recommend Unique Flooring. 5 stars all day long. 😁😁🙏

  Unique Flooring staff worked hard and fast from the moment they set foot in my house. The project was completed in just under 2 weeks. The project included tearing out 22 year old carpeting, and removing all baseboards in our 2 story house. They also repaired slab damage that the builder hid under the carpet! I give them 6+ stars!!!

  From start to finish Tony and his team did a fantastic job! They even finished faster than quoted. Now, thanks to my new carpet, I no longer need to wear socks or shoes inside. Thanks!

  We are so grateful to Tony and the Unique Flooring team! Our condo floors look amazing- no more carpet and it’s consistent through the whole space. Tony gave helpful input when comparing different options and making a decision. He’s very efficient- he got everything ordered and was able to start right away. He checked in with us throughout the process to give updates and was always responsive. After tearing the old flooring up, they found some big gaps and uneven areas that needed to be leveled out. Even with that unexpected work, everything was done quickly. Their workmanship is high quality and they made the whole process seem easy. We’re so happy with the floors and would confidently recommend Unique Flooring to anyone!
