  Got multiple quotes that were all about the same price, and hired surefire since they worked with my availability and had good portfolio pictures. When they got there they increased the price for cleaning by $100+ and told me the house was excessively dirty. When I pushed back she told me they had only budgeted about 3 hours and this would take them 8. I don’t know why the would have thought a move out cleaning would only take 3 hours… no other company quoted that. Also frustrating that they wouldn’t have quoted a price range, stipulated that the rate was subject to change if it took longer, or requested photos to provide an accurate quote. In the end it took them 4.5 hours and they still charged me the amount they had said for 8. Regardless of the cleaning quality I would not recommend this company due to their lack of integrity and pricing transparency. The one nice thing is I can say they were apologetic and took responsibility for misquoting the price- however they would not take the hit for their own mistake.

  My mom’s apartment was an utter disaster. We hadn’t realized she hasn’t been keeping up her cleaning. But SureFire cleaning came to the rescue. They were so professional and left my mom’s apartment looking like brand new and their price was amazing other places I went to were charging double triple but SureFire would be the only company I would ever recommend to clean my mother’s apartment or any place.   Did a great job and a very fairly priced!! They came out last minute very willingly and did a very thorough cleaning of my condo in Solana Beach! I will definitely continue to use them!

  I had a fantastic experience with SureFire Cleaning LLC! They were incredibly prompt in responding to my inquiry and scheduling the service. Communication throughout the process was clear and professional, which really put me at ease. On top of that, their pricing was very fair for the quality of work provided. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again!
