Vets For You was super busy but sent out one of the owners Jim right away. He tested the system and explained in detail the HVAC operation and then gave us 3 options for fixing it, none of which could be done on the spot due to parts needed. The price was competitive with other quotes plus a 10% senior discount and we got a $600 federal tax credit. They fit us into their schedule with 2 very well-mannered techs working all day as the replacement job was complicated. There was a problem with the new thermostat so Jim extended our service contract because of the delay in completing the work...wow! Skilled technicians and honest people.
