  Not impressed at all. After a brief and frustrating conversation it turns they really are looking to sell you something, not repair it as advertised.

  We had problems with two very old sliders being difficult to nearly impossible to open and close due to age, maintenance issues, and severe slider opening bowing ("deflection"). Landon and Christian came out and only took a couple of hours to repair both sliders. Now both my sliders slide like a hot knife over butter. Additionally, they took the time to explain what was causing the problem, how to properly maintain our sliders to help avoid problems in the future, and answer all my other questions. Both were prompt, courteous, and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

  Since I purchased my home 5 years ago my large 8 x 8' patio door never worked right. It was tough to open/close and the lock didn't work. Everyday I would use the door and get frustrated. I finally searched for patio door repair on the internet and found Sliding Solutions. They were great to work with from the first call, friendly, quick to respond and able to send a team out quickly to fix the door which now works perfectly. I only wish I called them sooner.
