  We had a great experience with Anytime, Heating and Air. The guys were courteous and prompt. They finished ahead of schedule and we were extremely pleased. We will definitely them again and recommend them to our family, friends and neighbors. The crew had alot of water and mud to deal with, but they they were happy to assist us with our water main leak. Digging underground, replacing the main line and sprinklers pipes and valve system took them less time then expected and they worked very hard to turn on our water. Thank you for your professionalism and hard work.

  Airtime Heating & Air recently installed a new furnace at my home. The team did a great job. They were all extremely polite and professional and communicated well. One thing I really appreciated was Airtime's email system. When the technician is on their way, Airtime sends an email with a photo and bio of the person(s) coming to your property. Today, Pedro came by to check on the system and walked me through the details of properly operating the system. Pedro was very patient and took the time to make sure I understood how the system works. Overall, I'm very happy with the services provided by Airtime and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

  CAVEAT EMPTOR My water heater failed on a busy day, and the concierge for my gated community was not answering the phone. I called the first specialist team that I could, and they were able to send someone out in 30 minutes. Wow! That's service. Too good to be true. Technician came and was quite friendly, inspected the faulty unit, and told me that I needed a full system replacement. Nightmare scenario: a $3500 expense so close to the holidays. That's a whole paycheck, even for someone like me. I was not really suspicious of the suggestions to upsell for different units, but I suppose I should have been. When the technician suggested that I should purchase a water filtration system, I said that I could not afford it, but would keep them in mind once I had some funds set aside for home improvement. After agreeing on a replacement plan, the concierge got back to me. They sent their technician to look at the SDGE gas line, to double check that they had not accidentally shut me off, and the concierge technician immediately identified the issue by sight and fixed my faulty unit in 10 minutes with nothing but a flathead screwdriver. When I notified that technician that I needed to cancel, he became irate and hostile, without asking for the circumstances. At that point, I became suspicious, and looked up quotes for similar workmanship, finding that similar jobs tended to cost a maximum of $1400. I'm not particularly interested in a continuing relationship with this company. It seems like they are a sales funnel, not really a repair shop.
