Daniel came to the house and was very courteous and professional and clearly communicated what needed to be done. I was very satisfied. Moment later (about 2 hrs+), was leaving the house around 4:15pm and the door was not closing properly. Tried three times to close the garage door before calling back and talking to Darren and I was preparing to argue to have someone come and look at the problem---I was extremely impressed that Darren said he would come out to look at in the 5pm hour--I did not have to argue for help at all! He came, and guess what, the door was closing properly but Darren figured out what the problem was and gave me a solution using a candle. (totally works btw)! I would highly recommend them and will certainly call upon them if/when something goes wrong with this garage door. Great job and certainly a well named business. All AAAA's from me!
