It was delivered in the dark and when the sun came up, it was rusted ALL OVER!!!! He paid $4K for it and have been trying for over a month to get his money back, the equipment picked up or replaced. The sales person, Max Carroll will not call back or answer emails and now, we are hearing he is out of the country on vacation! Hopefully the Opt Mgr gets back to him!!!!
- WDWilliam DieuFeb 11, 20261.0Don’t trust the online reservation system!!! Booked a drop trailer and even prepaid for it. Showed up and they don’t have it and they “may” have one 60 miles away. They said they called but I never received a call even though I was getting text message confirming the reservation. I have used UR a lot in the past and have always had a good experience. I don’t know if things have changed in the last 10 years since I was renting equipment recently but if you need something talk to a live person! DON’T TRUST THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM, IT WILL JUST WASTE YOUR TIME!
