A couple of neighbors in my condo recommended Straus Carpets based on their professionalism and customer service. Recently there was a problem with a section of my floor. Mr. Straus immediately made an appointment to come and see what might be causing the problem. He was attentive and reassuring. The outcome, much to my surprise, was better than I anticipated. The problem was quickly resolved at no additional cost to me. If you value exceptional customer service I highly recommend Straus Carpets.

Tom Straus came out to measure and discuss options, he really understood what I was looking for and only needed to show me 2 samples for my decision to be made. I also got all new baseboards. They dropped off the baseboards the week prior so I could pre-paint them. Floors were installed Monday the very next week. The installers were on time and very efficient. I love the way they came out. I would highly recommend Straus Carpets for your flooring needs.
