  We had an excellent experience working with Josh at Five Or Free Electrical Heating & Air Solutions. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism, technical expertise, and attention to detail throughout the entire job. Josh installed a new electrical box, added multiple quad outlets, removed existing conduit, and completed a clean TV wall installation. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Once the job was finished, he ensured the area was fully cleaned, which was greatly appreciated. We are very pleased with the quality of service and the overall experience.   Had a bad thermostat at the house. I called and spoke to a gentleman on a Saturday. He took an hour of his time to talk me through the problem. It turns out my location is outside of the service area, but he still talked me through troubleshooting and found me another electrician in my area. Completely outside of any obligation of his But just being a good person with an inclination to help others he went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company to homeowners in Livermore, California.

  These guys are amazing. Came out and assessed the situation, made a reasonable payment to have them come out and Josh had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no-time at all! Thanks Josh and team - will be back if I ever need help in the future!!!

  My old Juicebox charger gave out (and they are out of business). First, the response was fast! Carlos B (5 stars to him) carefully reviewed the charger setup, electrical panel, subpanel, and also checked some outlets in the house. They recommended a Grizzl-e, which I ordered. Once it arrived, I was able to get an install appointment within a few days. Then Damell K (5 stars to him!!) installed -- and discovered improper original installation and fixed it! Yes! 10 stars!!

  SOLAR PROJECT HEROES We are trying to get Sunrun solar but we have to update our electric before Sunrun can proceed. We had Eric and Carlos come to our home today. They were one of 6 electricians that we had come look at our particular complex, 3 panel update. We knew is was a big job, and almost cancelled the appointment because everyone previous to them could not provide a written estimate, or could not properly identify the complete scope of the work. Eric pulled out a phone that had an application that allowed him to plug in all the parts and labor and we had an estimate for the work within 5 minutes. He then informed us that this estimate is their commitment to an accurate assessment, and should anything pop up along the way, they would take responsibility for that cost. The other piece to this project was that PG&E would need to be involved in approval and permitting. He said they handle all communication with PG&E and that the cost for permits was part of the estimate. This sweetened the deal because the estimate also came with zero interest financing. You can imagine the relief. Eric and Carlos were able to verbally paint a picture for us that they could handle the scope of the project from start to finish, with a dollar amount that wasn't going to get pushed, and the option for zero interest financing. We signed the contract on the spot. The contract gives us three days to pull out should our other parties decide they don't want to move forward. Conclusion, if you are trying to get solar before the end of the rebates and updating your system is required, Five or Free is fully prepared to make that project possible.
