  Our storm sewer pump failed and called East Bay Pump. Mark came out next day to troubleshoot and found that the start and stop floats failed and also the backup battery for alarm light. He was quick and professional and got the parts ordered right away and East Bay got me on the schedule the next week to beat the forecasted rain. Techs Alain and Julio showed up on time set the floats to the storm sewer/ pit appropriate levels and tested the systems for me. I appreciate knowing this company has the knowledge to ensure our pump house remains in operation. Thank you East Bay Pump!

  I had the same experience as other people. They came to evaluate it, I paid their $150 fee. They gave me a quote of $675. Scheduled it and then they canceled. I called back to schedule again, they said they ordered the wrong part. I waited 3 days, sent an email, no response. They took my $150 fee and gave no service. I think their business is charging the $150 fee and doing no actual work. It’s really disappointing

  DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER AHEAD OF TIME. I was charged for services never rendered. They are unprofessional crooks.

  They came promptly, fixed the problem, and the price was reasonable. BTW, their receptionist is absolutely fantastic --- really helpful and friendly.
