  Working with Michael was a pleasure. Very engaged and helpful. His showroom was honestly the best I saw in my search for a flooring company. He was very patient during my selection, and had good advice. My new floor looks fantastic.

  I am very happy with the flooring job that Baila did. Michael was very easy to work with. Marco the installer did a perfect job of moving things around and installing the floor. I would definitely recommend Baila for your flooring needs. I was especially happy to use this local company as opposed to the corporate flooring companies.

  We hired Michael Pinnock to replace our kitchen floor with new tile. After visiting several other tile stores without much luck, we met Michael at Baila Floors. Based on samples of our birch cabinet doors, countertop and backsplash materials, kitchen paint, along with pictures of the overall kitchen space, he quickly narrowed down our choices to three viable possibilities. He then came to our home where we agreed that one of the three worked perfectly. He provided a detailed estimate that was competitive with others. Once we approved the plan, he ordered the tile and hired and managed the team of skilled tile installers. He researched and located pre-finished birch boards to replace our toe kicks. He helped us select a suitable grout color. He made sure that the work was done to his high standards and ensured we had extra tile on hand at end of the project. Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was always professional. He was determined to make sure we were happy with the final results. We have since received complements on the finished product.

  I contracted with this company in 2017; they didn't complete the floor refinishing, went incognito but wanted to be paid for the entire contract. Upon refusal, they put a lien on my property. I went through CA Contractors License Board (received a judgement & their license was revoked) & Civil Courts (removed the lien). The owner is an unethical & unprofessional individual. Their license is presently revoked and if you're hiring this company, it's a risk. He owes me $k in legal fees judgements but of course filed a chapter 11 to avoid payment. Baila Floors has no license in the State of California to be in business. Their website doesn't have a license number because they don't have one. Check California State License Board's website.

  No issue with the floors that I got polished through Baila Floors. The rating is for the painting services that they referred called as Payless Painting, who did a horrible job of painting all the doors without using primer nor sanding. The paint was literally peeling off within a week. The painter doesn't not respond nor does Baila Floors who referred me Chris the guy who runs the Payless Painting services, Gilroy. The painting job was a ripoff.
