  I am very happy with the flooring job that Baila did. Michael was very easy to work with. Marco the installer did a perfect job of moving things around and installing the floor. I would definitely recommend Baila for your flooring needs. I was especially happy to use this local company as opposed to the corporate flooring companies.

  I wish my all my other dealings with contractor professionals worked this well. Michael and his team are great to work with: great communication, punctual, attention to detail and quality, do what they say they will do, no drama, easy and pleasant to deal with, good price, great work and no surprises. The job involved replacing the floor tile in a half bath with a composite wood floor (I think that's what you call it). They seamlessly lined the pattern and height up with the boardering floor. It looks great! I will definitely use Michael and team in other projects.

  We hired Michael Pinnock to replace our kitchen floor with new tile. After visiting several other tile stores without much luck, we met Michael at Baila Floors. Based on samples of our birch cabinet doors, countertop and backsplash materials, kitchen paint, along with pictures of the overall kitchen space, he quickly narrowed down our choices to three viable possibilities. He then came to our home where we agreed that one of the three worked perfectly. He provided a detailed estimate that was competitive with others. Once we approved the plan, he ordered the tile and hired and managed the team of skilled tile installers. He researched and located pre-finished birch boards to replace our toe kicks. He helped us select a suitable grout color. He made sure that the work was done to his high standards and ensured we had extra tile on hand at end of the project. Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was always professional. He was determined to make sure we were happy with the final results. We have since received complements on the finished product.
