  They came out and said I had a bad tank. The boss would send a quote over next day. That was two weeks ago! I have called the office three times now and they keep telling me he's on another call or in a meeting and he will get right to it when he is done. Terrible customer service. No wonder they require you to put a credit card up front and charge you for the call. They know how bad their service is and know that no one is willing to pay for such bad service.

  I had the same experience as described by others. They take credit card info to come out to investigate sewer issue & they charged approx $1200 without authorization; they sent a receipt in mail but never answered multiple voicemails to call back & explain the work done. Never going to use them again.

  CONSUMER BEWARE. They inspected faulty equipment they previously installed (over 10 years ago) and never provided quote, even after promising MANY times to deliver it. I had to constantly call them and for NOTHING. Highly advise you to consider all other options before attempting to work with this company. Do NOT give them your credit card number until you have an estimate and firm date of installation, and only then the absolute minimum. I was charged $190 for NOTHING! No quote, time wasted interacting with their office, and more time spent interacting with other bay area companies to schedule the work. If anything, this company should have paid me for my time wasted.
