  Shai is trustworthy, professional, & easy to work with… Hard to find good people like this! He put a unit in for my small studio several months ago, my tenants let me know the mini split is very efficient. They have now had the time to use it in both the extremes of our summer and winter… Highly recommend for anything like our small job😉 The only bummer is the placement of the unit, once it was installed I was disappointed to see that it could have been tucked around the corner more discreetly. Although this may have required more work, I really would have valued & appreciated his consideration and options aesthetically prior to installation. Lesson learned on my part, I would definitely still recommend him to anyone looking for an honest & fair hvac guy to put in a split.

  Shai at Highland Air LLC was fantastic to work with. I supplied my own minisplit, and he handled the installation flawlessly from start to finish. His workmanship was clean, precise, and clearly done by someone who really knows what they’re doing. Shai was professional, communicative, and respectful of my space, and he took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and running perfectly before he left. The system works great and looks excellent. If you’re looking for an HVAC professional who’s honest, skilled, and reliable, Shai and Highland Air LLC are an excellent choice. Highly recommend!

  We really lucked out when we found Shai! He has serviced our AC many times over the years. He responds very quickly and has even suggested things over the phone (or email) that we can try first in case a service call isn't needed. He is very honest and his rates are reasonable. Super nice guy, always pleasant. Very punctual too. We have been very happy with his service and highly recommend him to others. AAA+++

  Shai is a good guy. He recently installed a mini-split in an upstairs bedroom and when he found that the unit was defective he made sure to work with the manufacturer to get a replacement. Plus, he helped solve a problem with a furnace that was installed incorrectly by another company. He is responsive, reliable, and provides great customer service. Highly recommend Highland Air.
