  We have had TMB in our home to do multiple jobs. The most recent was an oil to heat pump conversion. Just like always, TMB did a phenomenal job. Their technicians were incredibly friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. The professionalism we have seen time and time again, is very comforting as a homeowner. Pictou county is very fortunate to have this company, and Nathan Buell and the reigns.

  Recently had a head pump installed by T& B technicians. This is the second heat that I purchased from T&B. I am pleased with the product and service. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company if you are thinking about purchasing a heat pump.

  TNB installed my new ductless heatpump,upgraded my electrical panel,removed my old furnace and oil tank. All of the guys that did the work were friendly and polite, they cleaned up after themselves,I was very impressed with thier service. I'm a older guy with a background in construction. The crews were very understanding about my questions and provided me with knowledgeable advice. We would highly recommend TNB for all your Plumbing Heating and Cooling needs.

  Great experiences with TNB as the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. They always take the time to make sure we understand everything that had/has to be done, as well as any or all costs associated. Appointment arrival times are also accurate, and if for any reason they may be delayed they made sure to communicate that and even offered to reschedule if the later time was inconvenient. Highly recommend!

  In the last few years, we have had a lot of plumbing and heating work done by TNB, new sink, new water heater, and most recently an entire new heat pump-furnace system, and we are so pleased with the system they installed as well as the work they did. The crew showed up when they said they would. They put down mats (red carpet) to protect our floors. The guys were friendly, professional, polite, efficient, and they went over and above to ensure our work was done to the highest standards. We have a couple more jobs in mind and we will definitely be calling TNB. We highly recommend TNB.
