  Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They can supply almost any flooring which is fantastic when looking for higher end products in a rural community. Furthermore, they hooked me up with an honest and skilled tradesman who was cheerful and reliable. Being able to support a local business is definitely the icing on the cake !!!

  A big thank you to Chafe’s flooring for their exceptional customer service, knowledge of their product, and going far above and beyond. We went in and ordered approx 450 sq ft in flooring and they had it wrapped up, sealed and ready for transportation in record time. At one point we were told if we need to come and get it outside of business hours, we can simply take his personal number and he will meet us there. Again thank you for everything you did for us today! Our flooring made it home safe and sound!

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are awesome at customer service. Not only were they willing to store our purchases until we were ready to have them installed ( Carpet and flooring), when we purchased a stove in September. and had an issue with the unit, they reached out to their supplier and had the unit replaced for us at no cost. This was a very welcome step that they took for us as we were uncomfortable with simply having the unit repaired. Hats off to all the gentlemen at Chafes
