- MHMadison Hebb1 day ago1.0Working with this company is like pulling teeth. We just had our unit installed last year and it has given us nothing but issues. Techs came out for a third time yesterday and the unit is already broken after less than 24 hours. There is no sense of urgency either has this issue has been ongoing for the last six weeks in the middle of summer. Getting ahold of customer services agents is next to impossible. Do not recommend.
