Sam took the time to do the initial inspection, used a drone to check the outside top vent/cap, and took before and after pictures so we could see the results. Sam explained everything in detail. They are prompt, professional, answer all your questions, they give you advices what needs to be done in a near future on your chimney. They used shoecovers upon entering my home, covered all surfaces close to my woodstove, and cleaned up after. They even retouched some chipped paints for free on my woodstove. I am very pleased with their work!
