  Had a service call to look into problems with our two indoor units. We appreciate service technician Jefferson’s detailed diagnostics and plan for getting our units back up and running. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable.

  Wonderful experience! My only issue was the gentleman who first came to the house said the heat pump could go near the window but the technicians said it couldn't be that close to NS power items. All of the technicians were wonderful. Jun and Jon were especially kind, friendly, and professional.

  From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Booking the service was easy, and I really appreciated the timely updates about my appointment and the technician's arrival. Ali Ghanbari was outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain the work that needed to be done, answered every question we had with patience, and made sure we fully understood the process. It's clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. The excellent communication, professionalism, and quality of service made this a truly positive experience. We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and will absolutely be returning for our future energy needs. Highly recommended!
