Justin from Greenfoot Energy came to fix our heat pump in a torrential downpour! He was able to fix the problem and did it with a smile even with being soggy from the rain! He was very knowledgeable and explained to me very clearly about the problem, and gave me good advice on how to best use my heat pump and keep it going for many years. I highly recommend Greenfoot and Justin! 10/10

If I could have rated more than 5 stars on the job the technician did I would have. Justin did amazing job on cleaning our heat pumps. Not only did he do an awesome job, he answered my questions and he gave me some tips to try to help with the heating and cooling of our house.

Justin was amazing. Spent the time to walk through the issue. Then did some trouble shooting and then most importantly to spend time explaining how the systems work and how they don't. Clearing up many understanding of HVAC systems.

Justin did a fantastic job of cleaning, servicing, and checking our very dirty ductless Panasonic heat pump. Justin was both very knowledgeable, and personable. I learned more today about my heat pump, than I have in the 5 years I’ve owned it. The heat pump is 13 years old, and by the time Justin left, the unit is working better now than I’ve ever seen it work. Great job Justin ! !

Justin was great. He identified a problem with our first unit and requested replacement from the manufacturer. He cleaned our second unit. Working great.
