  I am the actual owner of the residence and the heat pump that was alluded to in a review posting by Kelly Murphy on this review website regarding two breakdowns to two separate parts to the heat pump system in question. I am absolutely satisfied with the service and repairs by Justin from Greenfoot Energy - parts for everything, let alone specialty products - takes times nowadays - especially when they are shipping near a war zone. To not understand the intricacies of today’s world shipping reality and berate a company when you are not even their customer, speaks to that person unseasonableness and expectations to the point where I have to state a correction to the service I received. We have had 3 systems installed and maintained since 2018 in my family - and to date- all have been repaired, if needed and warranties honoured- what else can we expect

  BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do not purchase your heat pump(s) from Greenfoot Energy!!!!! Mine stopped working at the beginning of January 2026 and it took over 2 weeks for them just to come out and look at it. Then stating they didn't have the part needed and it took over 8 WEEKS for the part to come, which brought us into the middle if March!!!!! Fast forward and we had the 2 pumps working for 1Week then it stopped working AGAIN!!! This time only 10 days for an appointment only to tell us again the other pump was broken. We will put a rush on it they said. This was towards the end if March like around the 20th. IT IS NOW MAY 10, and I still don't have working heat pumps!!! Totally unacceptable and disgusting. Yes, I am renting and yes I have electric heat BUT to go almost ALL OF 2026 without the use of my heat pumps is beyond inexcusable. I seen them at the booth they had set up at the Bridgewater Home Expo back on April 12 and voiced my concern to them at that time. Ohhhh we'll get right on that!! I have heard NOTHING!!! What if didn't have back up heat?? 100% Poor Customer Service. If I could give this company minus stars I would!!!!!!! Go elsewhere!!!!!

  Edit: updating my review because they were able to source a part and fix it the next day. I'm starting to regret hiring greenfoot. The folks I have personally dealt with (Tyler the sales rep, Justin the service guy, and the service people on the phone) have been lovely so I'll give a star for that, but the experience with the product installation has been pretty disappointing. I got my basement spray foamed while I was out of the house and the workers stepped on several of my rugs with dirty boots. Which isn't a huge deal by itself but I also had a two head heat pump installed and it turned out to have a defective coil. So that means that the heat pump completely quit heating in January, and a coil has to be ordered from Texas which will take weeks by which point winter will basically be over. I've had heat pumps installed before which were daikins and was very happy with the product so it's disappointing that such a big company doesn't have a few of these parts in stock for cases such as this. If I were going to install a heat pump again, I would get Presidential to do it, I had zero issues in 5 years with the daikin heat pumps they installed in my old house.

  Hello all, we want to express our gratitude to the folks at GreenFoot Energy. Andrew Randall came to our house to inspect what we needed done. We have three good size crawl spaces that were very cold. Although they were insulated that wasn’t stopping the cold from coming in. The insulation had to be removed before they could spray foam. Fortunately GreenFoot works closely with On-Site so we setup a day for them to come in and remove the insulation. On -Site did an amazing job & we’re very clean & professional. Following up was GreenFoot, Mattey & John did an excellent job. Very professional and left no sign, ( dirt that is ) anywhere. We were out for a night but when we returned and checked everything we felt the difference right away. No more cold crawl spaces. We are going to plywood the floors & walls giving us a high amount of extra storage. Thanks GreeFoot, we are very happy & will definitely use you again when we get ready to strip down the outside of our house & foam it. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟 Brian & Karla
