  I have been well pleased with all Greenfoot employees who have been at my home, including Justin who came to determine the issue with one of my heat pumps. While I never expected top quality items from a free government program ( though ultimately wouldn't everyone, government, taxpayers, etc. be ahead by using only the best) I am extremely grateful for everything. That being said, one of my heat pumps has had issues from the day it was installed, everything from very loud noises to high pitched whining to refusing to function at all. Of course the day the tech guy comes will it act it's worse? No. So it's constant monitoring now, and having to be prepared to video the issues. But Justin himself... 5 stars.

  Tyler was very helpful. The install went well but was evaluated at a half day but took the entire day. The technician was verbally complaining and grumbling about the location of the heat pump mount despite the location being advised by the initial assessment tech. They also left a full toilet of urine and did not flush.

  Had a hiccup with the dehumidifier on our unit. I got a hold of Greenfoot and they sent Justin my way. What a gem!!! Friendly, fast, knowledgeable and so helpful! This guy is 10/10!! Again, another great experience with Greenfoot!
